I was going to a gym to use their recumbent bike. I'd drive about 13 miles each way and had to get there a certain time of day to get use of this machine. The gym only had one. So I would have to drop what I was doing to go work out. I'm retired and went to visit 2 of my children who are out of state. I stayed with them for 4 months. Then when I came home, I got covid and couldn't go to the gym. So I spent money for the membership for about 5 months out of the year and couldn't go. I decided to buy this little bike I can use for my legs, then my arms. It shows how many rotations you do, the amount of time it took, the amount of calories burnt, the speed you are pedaling. It has a resistance dial but so far I can't honestly tell it's been easier or harder to pedal. I can also take it with me wherever I decide to go. I've had this for around 3 to 4 months and have enjoyed it very much. I can do my workout when it's convenient for me and for how long I am able to. Great little workout! I'm very happy with this purchase. I do have more energy when I use this. It also came with a netted mat to help with slipping. It really works. As you use it and figure out how far from the couch or chair you are using, you can set there and watch TV or listen to music as you workout. I have really enjoyed it!

The good is no assembly required. PackagedThe Not so good,Not smooth pedaling, has to be strapped to a chair or it walks the tension control does nothing.

This is a nice exerciser. It comes fully assembled—just take it right out of the box. It is easy for my husband to use. It is lightweight enough so that it is easily moved. Thumbs up! Well worth the money!

I love that it requires no assembling and ready to go! I just received it and it seems quiet enough in an apartment to not disturb the neighbors below but I do have it over a heavy rug.

A little too tall to be able to use under a desk. My knees hit the underside of my desk. Works great otherwise! Very lightweight yet sturdy.
