Por falta de tiempo y facilidad para limpiar la verdad que suelo tirar bastante del microondas en el día a día. No me siento orgulloso de ello, nada queda igual que como se ha cocinado siempre, pero es lo que hay... y este artilugio la verdad que ha cumplido mis expectativas.El huevo, pese a viejos mitos del colesterol y demás, está demostrado que es perfectamente integrable dentro de una dieta sana y variada y un estilo de vida saludable. Vaya, que si te comes 10 huevos a la semana no te va a pasar nada, siempre dependiendo de cómo lo prepares y de qué lo acompañes. Y aquí es dónde entra el microondas y este recipiente. A ver, no esperes un huevo frito en aceite, con su puntillita, crujiente... pero si das con el minutaje exacto según tu microondas (45 segundos a 700w en mi caso) el resultado es correcto. Lo acompañas con una rebanada de pan, un chorrito de aceite de oliva con tomate y alguna pieza de fruta, cereales, frutos secos, yogur o lo que te plazca y tienes un desayuno muy equilibrado en un momento. Ideal también para tortillas, en mi caso de dos huevos y pulverización previa de aceite de oliva, minuto y medio de microondas (según el punto deseado) y le puedes añadir otros ingredientes como un poquito de atún, jamón york, queso rallado, cebolla caramelizada... lo que se te ocurra. Salen redonditas, con una apariencia poco deseable, pero ricas de sabor, en 2 minutos de preparación y sin ensuciar nada.

It worked well the first two times. It seems constructed well. It was easy to clean. I was satisfied with my egg. I haven't tried making an omelet yet.

I am looking to purchase another one like this but is not available, the last one i purchased lasted only 1 year only, the plastic started to peel off....it did not look safe to use and I had to throw it out...that really disappoint me because its quick and easy to use for egg whites

There are a lot of things offered to make eggs that are a disappointment. After using mine to make scrambled, egg whites and omlets I was happy with the performance and ordered another one. This is the easiest way to make healthy eggs and quick too!! I like the versatility, sturdiness and taste of the eggs! I am disabled so I need something that isn't heavy to use or that makes a big mess. I do recommend not to over fill. If you have your ingredients ready you can make any eggs so quickly they won't have time to get cold. Take note of your timing and this will help too. Just pay attention to your mistakes (and eat them)😊 and you will learn to make fast delicious eggs. And the clean up is the very best part! Just use a paper towel to wipe it clean. You won't need a sink or dishwasher🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Let me start my stating that I love kitchen gadgets. I have so many that I thought I would use and the "old fashioned way" ended up easier than trying to find most of those gadgets. This egg cooker is a whole different story. This is one of my favorite things in my kitchen now. It is so easy and fast and eggs turn out perfectly every time. An egg is ready in less than 2 minutes (40 seconds microwaved twice) and easy to clean, small to store and just about perfect in my opinion. I love adding chopped peppers and onions and a little cheese and it is a quick individual portion-controlled omelet. I got one for my mom as well and she loves it as much as I do!!

For Who:Pretty dope and fast way of cooking some food, if you eat hot pockets and other unhealthy food to save time cooking and cleaning dishes then this is a good way for you to fill yourself up with something more healthy and tasty in exchange for some extra effort.Product Analysis:Could fit about two eggs and some milk. The button for the steam outlet is rigid, make sure you press it hard enough for it to fully open. There’s a “lock” on the front to hold it shut and two flaps on the side, the left one is connected to the top half and the right to the bottom half. MAKE SURE TO USE THE FLAPS TO OPEN AND CLOSE WHILE COOKING AND NOT THE LOCK SO YOU DON’T BURN YOURSELF. After microwaving as soon as you open the container you’ll be met with really hot steam (even if the steam hole is open there’ll always be some residue steam remaining) so make sure you don’t burn yourself okay? I learned it the hard way, owie.It’s a bit hard to clean around the steam hole but if you use a brush it’ll make it easier. After washing try microwaving it for about 6 minutes to dry it up instantly instead of putting it on the rack and wasting space and time for the next use.Some details on how to use:Do add some milk, it helps with the cooking, but don’t add the salt in the start! Just hear me out. if you use 2 eggs in there all scrambled, then I suggest putting it for 45 seconds and then opening it up and stirring it every 15 seconds right before it reaches your desired consistency. You can stop microwaving now since it’s still cooking even if it’s outside the microwave! This is when you should add the salt! Since salt absorbs the moisture then it’ll also make the scrambled egg look drier when you add it in the end, you can even taste test at the end as you keep adding salt since now all the bad bacteria and stuff in the egg are dead from the heat :) this way you can make your own perfect scrambled egg. Everyone’s taste buds are different, this way you make the best scrambled egg specially made for you! I personally put 2 eggs in there with some milk and Philadelphia cheese, do the microwaving procedure and then at the end add some truffle infused salt bit by bit while taste testing to make sure it’s the perfect amount of salt. I add some MSG with the salt too to make it taste even better hayaaaa~ ;)Oh and if you’re interested in adding some shrooms to it then put it in there first and microwave it for about a minute or a two before adding anything else, this’ll dry up the mushrooms and makes extra space for the rest of the ingredients, it’ll also help you choose your own desired texture of the mushrooms, the more you microwave them the less crunchy and the more buttery they become. Also end the mushrooms cooking prematurely, since they’ll be cooking even more when you add everything else in and cook them together.I hope you enjoyed my somewhat scientific review of this product that I wrote right after my first use. I did it for myself to come back at it and not forget the lessons I learned. Now with that said, if you’d excuse me, I’ll be on my way to treat my burnt fingers 😭

After suffering with an unvented egg cooker that would open explosively in the microwave, showering the interior with egg splatter, I bought this product. That vent is key, and the cooker stays closed and cooks the egg thoroughly. My only gripe is that I wish it were just a bit smaller. The cooked egg hangs off the edge of the English muffins I use in my breakfast sandwiches. Yeah, first-world problem :-) It cleans very easily and the cooked egg does not stick to the interior. Overall I am happy with it.

For two large eggs in a 1200 w micro wave i cook for 45 seconds, stir, and then another 20. Tweak it to your specific microwave.The secret as northern lights notes is melt a bit of butter/margarine in the bottom before putting the eggs in, scramble and season your eggs and put a half teaspoon or so of water in. This is critical.You can add cheese etc during the last 20 seconds if you like. or mix it in with the scrambled eggs to start if you like it more melted.I honestly did not think a microwave would produce edible scrambled eggs, but these are quite tasty. Nothing beats taking the time and energy to do them perfect over the stove but if you want fast and easy this is going to produce a solid result for you that you can be happy with.This thing just produces great tasting eggs fast and easy and cleans up so fast you'll wonder if it was ever dirty. Great product for those who want fast easy eggs.
