I have a silicone microwave cover that isn't quite as tall as I'd like. If I am microwaving something that is tall and I don't want the cover to rest on top of it, I place 3 of these around the edge of the turntable and then the cover on top, which gives me about an extra half inch of height. It is the only reason I bought these, and they are working well enough. Although, obviously a taller cover or smaller silicone blocks would have been better...

We tried to use these for fried eggs but they are not level and so the egg ran out of the circle. Even when holding them down, they did not keep the egg from running out. Useless.

I had purchased another brand's 4 inch egg rings, but though 4 inches was too wide. I tried these and they are not very ridged so they don't stay against the frying pan well and the egg leaks out. I suppose if you store these in a better way than loose in a drawer they may work fine, but for me they didn't hold shape well. I also found it harder to get a 3 inch round egg to cook all the way through but I am sure with a little practice you can work it out. Only real complaint is they don't hold shape in a drawer and thus don't stay flat on a pan.

I have bought this kind of ring three times now. The metal ones have egg stick on them and leak under the ring more than the silicon ones. My second set works pretty well; it too is silicon, but too big at 4 inches so I can't get four in a pan (2 eggs for 2 people). These are smaller. They too are imperfect for leakage under the ring, but the fit four in the pan. The instructions say to put oil in the rings, but they still are imperfect when it comes to the leakage. Eggs rarely stick to the silicon ones.

Bought these because the 4 inch silicone rings were too big for making sausage and egg bisquits. These work well in our initial test today. Not something we will use often but nice for once in a while for us.

It doesn’t lie flat to the surfaceSo no chance of keeping egg in like others we have purchased. Most people with think you are just not using it right. Trust me, doesn’t work

These egg rings are perfect. I followed the advice from the reviews here as well as the instructions enclosed. I use my cast iron or other flat pan and the eggs cook perfectly. They are so fun to use and make perfect McMuffins at home.

I did not expect much for the price but it works for me on my greenlife griddle. I did a fried egg and as you can see there is liquid around it but that's my butter. The egg part turned opaque so the outside part has to be my butter. It is oval shaped but that doesn't bother me. These are perfect for english muffins. Easy to wash, no toxic stuff they are lightweight but they work for intended purpose. I made sure they were lubed up with butter, no sticking for me. Easy to use. Great value.

I was looking for eggs rings and after reading the reviews, I decided to try these. I love that they don't take up much space to store. I love that the eggs release easily and intact. I noticed a lot of people said they didn't work, but I beg to differ. The first try, yes some of the egg did leak out. The problem I discovered was the pan I used had a slant from the middle to the edge. The next time I used a heavier pan that was flat and saw great results. I also found that if I mixed the eggs in a small bowl prior to putting in the form and only adding a small amount at first worked great. This allowed it to solidify & then I was able to pour the rest in without any issues. I covered with a lid which ensured I didn't have to flip them to cook the top. But I also tried with no lid and was able to flip them after releasing from the silicone form when they we almost fully cooked. All in all, I'd recommend these. Sometimes you just have to try a couple different things to get results.
