Note: When using the CLEAN mode, it is suggested to fully insert the ice basket and properly close the flip door. In this mode, water does not flow out but instead sprays. If the ice basket was not properly inserted, water will leak out.

I’ve have had it two weeks, it makes ice fast compared to my last ice machine, I like that the ice basket drains any water, also the water reservoir comes out or you can refill while it’s in its drawer . I also hooked up the WiFi which was super easy, now I get notified when water is out, trays full.

Update: NOT HAPPY😡. 12/23/2024 Machine making loud noise and making NO ICE. I’m sick of these ice machines not working. This time I have warranty. Will place a claim.11/10/24. Two months in and ice STILL ACCESSIBLE!10/1/24. So far so good. 1 month in and making perfect pebble ice. Never have to wait. Always available for family of 4 who uses ice. I’m pleased. Been thru 3 with last 2 not working with 1st year. 1st ice machine bought in 2020 lasted 4yrs working constantly. NOT LOUD. Love the backlight and convenience of pull out tank.Sept 2024 purchased ice machine

I could not be happier with this ice maker. Very easy to use...add water..and clean. Looks great sutting on the counter! Please take a look at this unit if you are interested in a great ice maker with a small footprint.

First I only use reverse osmosis water on any ice maker or ice machine. And you should too or your only asking for problems.I've had 3 Opals, they all go out after a time, so I decided to give this a shot. I like the smaller size, the easier fill, the wifi works perfectly, and I schedule this to run only 12 hours a day. No need to run it from 11p to 8a and then when our electric rates are super high from 4p to 7p. Not only is it only scheduled 12 hours day, it probably only runs for 3 or 4 hours a day, a huge energy savings and extends the life of the product.The ice bin could be a little better insulated and a little bigger, but that's my only gripes. It makes ice fast and on par with the opal.Remember if you don't have reverse osmosis you're just asking for trouble with any ice maker. Plus you want clear ice.Noise levels are totally fine too....

Pros: quick, easy, and can keep up with 2 or maybe 3 people constantly making 12oz iced drinks. Nice pellet ice cubes. Easy to drain and refill. Looks good.Cons: it started out very quiet but by week 2 it was loud. If it’s in the same room, it would be annoying.I have had it for about 2 months now. No issues other than it became louder over time. I started out leaving it on 24/7, but have since switched to turning it on about 2 hours before needing ice and turning it off when done. It can fill its bin with ice in somewhere between 1-2 hours. Water refill required approximately every 1.5-2 bins full of ice.

Everything was beautiful at the beginning. The ease of setup and operation was wonderful. Then the horror started with the horrific noises made during the self-cleaning cycles. I mean "covering your ears"," is ice really worth this?" noises. Sad, because the ice is just what I wanted.😭

The product does what it is intended to do. It makes ice and it makes it quickly. However, it will wake you up in the middle of the night as it is turning ice out into the tray. If you do not remove it from the tray, it will melt and become water again and go back through a cycle. I had to keep emptying the bucket into my freezer to stop it going through repeated cycles. I eventually turned it off, because the noise was irritating us.
