Likes: easy to clean, not as heavy as some cast iron.Dislikes: already chipped inside enamel on 4th use, and have no idea who it happened. Still usable, but not what I wanted. Your results may vary. No company found online. "Rossallini" sold its cast iron part of the company to some company -- maybe in China. No website, no location.

Great quality and beautiful. Sadly I had to return it as the lid is very heavy for me.

Good braising dish for smaller serving size. It’s a bit heavy for its size and has a few hot spots but does the job. Recommend it for smaller portions

This is a beautifully finished cast iron Brasier pan. Its heavy weight attests to the thickness of the walls of the pan. The enamel white finish on the inside of the pan is flawless and easy to clean. I like that the bottom of the pan is flat, without sloped sides, providing more cooking surface. I cooked shoulder pork chops on top of the stove. While the pan was heating with a couple tablespoons of water, I gave the chops a quick rub with seasoning. I seared the chops in the pan, and they browned quickly, with no sticking. I then covered the pan, put the burner on low heat, and let it do its thing for about 2 hours while creating its own liquid. Every now and then, I turned the chops and occasionally adjusted the heat slightly. When they were tender, I raised the heat to medium and cooked off the liquid, gave the chops another little sear. The chops were delicious, and I was happy not to have the oven on all that time, heating up the kitchen, because it’s still quite hot where I live. While cooking, there didn’t seem to be any cold spots on the pan. I like that the handles are wide and comfortable to hold. The lid fits on perfectly and it has those little bumps on the underside that allows condensation to return to the pot. The knob on the lid is oven safe, a good size for easy lifting and you have your choice of using a silver or gold knob.

This pan is fabulous! At 3.5 quarts, I love the size of it. I have a 5 quart cast iron enameled dutch oven from another high end company, and I love it. It's great for big casseroles and larger dishes. This one is perfect for smaller casseroles, dishes that need to be cooked in a shallower pan to cook thoroughly, and especially roasting vegetables. You can keep the lid on for initial cooking, then take the lid off for crisping, air frying, or general roasting. This is great for an extra leafy pound of brussels sprouts, for instance, or some green beans, that might burn on the edges before they get thoroughly cooked in the middle. For our small family it's also perfect for general daily cooking, as we don't always want tons of leftovers. Our family eats plant-based, and we love making our own veggie meats from seitan, or enjoy making bean- and lentil-based faux meatloaves. This is a great size for this as well. The heat is retained so nicely in the pan, which allows the loaf to brown well on the bottom, cook easily to the center, and crisp on the edges while maintaining its shape. I would imagine that roasted meat would work well in this pan, too. One can't go wrong with quality enameled cast iron. The color is STUNNING, and my camera didn't get it exactly right. The teal blue is accurate on this product listing, and in my photos here it looks a bit more cobalt. Your laptop/phone may show it different. Suffice it to say the color is absolutely lovely, and I'm so glad to have it!Of course, I forgot to photograph the amazing roasted brussels sprouts we made. You'll have to take my word for it. (And some of you would rather not look at brussels sprouts, ha ha!) A high end product with quality that matches the reputation of its company.
