This is a solid, well made stainless steel roasting/braising pan. I was surprised to discover that very few pans of this quality, capacity and profile are available with a stainless steel cooking surface, even in top-of-the-line cookware brands. And the absence of a long handle is just what I wanted. This one nicely fills a functional void in my All-Clad cookware set.

Love this pan. Was back and forth between a few different brands. Most of my pans are All-Clad but, the AC rondeau was significantly more; for the money, this is a solid pan, with even heating.

This has become my most used pan in my kitchen. Love that it can go from the oven to the stovetop and vice versa - so versatile. Have used it for roasting chickens, making sauces and curries, fried rice, frying fish and proteins, the list is endless! Don’t use the lid so much but it’s helpful to have on hand

The Base on this is very generous. I would have preferred a bit smaller. It id difficult for storage.Deeper rather than base with the same volume would be been good. Cleans up well!

After using a few times the pan warped in the center so the surface is not flat anymore and falls to the sides.*follow up review*After more use it’s really disappointing. It doesn’t distribute heat evenly. It’s warped from the center. It’s very difficult to make it work in this conditions. I highly do NOT recommend this kind product and probably the brand. All those YouTube good reviews are nonsense

This pan is sturdy. The heat distribution is spot on. Make sure you get your oil to the right temperature otherwise, whatever you’re cooking will stick. It cleans up fairly easy as long as you don’t burn something. (I did). I use a sponge made for cleaning stainless steel making the pan look like it has never been used.

The pan is fantastic. It heats well, transitions readily from the stovetop to the oven, and back. It's perfect for making Cassoulet (and you should give it a try).

I recently purchased the Misen 6 Quart Rondeau for the sole purpose of trying to minimize the amount of cookware I currently have in the house. The rondeau covers almost all of my cooking needs such as searing, roasting, frying, braising and boiling, and is even available for use in the oven!My first impression for the rondeau was how light it was in comparison to other cookware brands. The Misen rondeau boasts a 3mm thick pot with 5 layers of steel and aluminum which allowed to even cooking and searing for any meat that I was cooking. To my surprise, the side handles remained cool even when on the stove for an extended duration of time. What also impressed me was how easy it was to clean! All it took was some warm water, a little soap and it wiped clean!Overall the pan will continue to be of use in my household, as its versatility in cooking is quite unmatched, not to mention the quality of the pot itself and ease of care.

I recently purchased the Rondeau pan from Misen. It is now my favorite pan. I can cook anything in it. I fry and bake with it. Great for one dish meals. It is so versatile. Cooks evenly and is easy to clean. You can use metal utensils with no scratches.I purchased the chef’s knife and paring knife several months ago. I have used many knives and these are absolutely the best ever. The handles are easy to grip and the colors are great.I plan on purchasing more of their products.

A few hours within this pan being delivered I was ready try out cooking some of my favorite dishes!Over the course of the week I made Shrimp Scampi, Beef Stew, Arroz Con Pollo and Egg Fried Rice and they came out perfect!I was delighted with the results considering I thought there may be a slight learning curve with a new stainless steel pot. The pot really distributes the heat evenly making everything cook consistently. It's also just so easy clean with is being dishwasher safe.Can't wait until my next meal!
