I cooked mac and cheese, stir fry, and reheated leftovers, also soup. Like the finish and 4qt size, stove-top, in and out of the oven, great.

I just love this pan. It is truly non-stick. It is about 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) high without the lid. I make a German dish called Dampfnudel and was searching forever for a non-stick pan high enough to accommodate the rising of the "dumplings" yet non-stick. I have used it for roasts, and many other dishes as well. Love that it is cast iron with a non-stick coating.

Liked it at first but it degraded after about a year and a half. It was no longer safe to prepare food in. Always used appropriate utensils and hand washed. Expected to last longer.

Perfect for soup, rice, one-pot, stovetop-to-oven - haven't tried stir-fry or deep fry yet but it looks promising. This has replaced my lg skillet, lg saute pan, & stock pot 😊Super easy to clean ceramic lining! Only drawback is the weight, but that's to be expected with cast iron.

This is the perfect item for braising chicken and then transferring to the oven along with veggies etc. The cleanup was quick, and it gave the right char as needed due to it being a cast iron. I’m very happy with this item.

Another purchase made from Amazon for Geoffrey Zakarian cast iron pans where someone ordered this and returned it after removing the recipe cards. I could tell it was a return because of the way the item was packaged when I received it.

It has been all that was expected. Great review on use, cleaning and versatility. Would have been perfect if it weren't for the blemish on the lid.
