I was searching for a Brasier on Amazon and discovered the Babish Cast Iron Brasier. It was offered at an affordable price so I took the plunge and purchased one, reasoning that if this cookware does not perform, I wouldn't be out much money. Well, the Brasier was delivered free of charge to my doorstep two days later. I removed it from the retail box, which it was expertly packed with much care; and began to handle the Brasier. What struck me immediately was the weight of this pan, and its construction. I carefully examined it and realized that it very closely resembles the Staub Cast Iron Cookware that I proudly own in multiples and marveled at how well this Brasier was made. I noticed that the dual sided handles were even better constructed than the Staub Brasier in my opinion, as they are reinforced to hold the weight of the contents of the pan! My first meal cooked was breakfast sausage, onions and eggs. It washed up beautifully. So far, I am very happy with this purchase, and I cannot vouch for the long-term durability of this Brasier yet, but I will return and edit my review. Did I forget to mention just how beautiful this Brasier is?

I love the look of this trivet. This is made to last! I really needed a trivet, and I was lucky to have found one with great style and durability. My counter tops will thank me for buying this. And I like to splash some Babish feeling around my kitchen.

Great trivet for hot items. I love using it on my table, since I have limited counter space! If you love babish, you'll love this in your kitchen! It is heavy duty and sturdy and is still in good condition, a year later!

Purchased this in December and have been using at least twice a week for the past 9 months- I absolutely LOVE it! It is very comparable to Le Creuset I used to own but for 1/4 the cost. It retains heat well and cleans SO easily. We have made multiple dishes where I think, “this will be a soaker for sure”, but it cleans right off with minimal scrubbing! After consistent use for over 9 months it still looks new.Highly recommend!

The Babish cookware collection has really found a nice spot in the market. Nice products that are competitively priced. The Enamel Cast Iron Dutch Oven has held up in my kitchen to a variety of uses. deep frying, braising, and everything in-between.The piece I received had no blemishes, and has worked extremely well. Just make sure to dry the exterior extremely well after cleaning, and this Dutch oven should last you a while.

I will be using this on my wood stove to set my tea kettle on. I removed the rubber protectors on the legs because of the intense heat of the wood stove. Very heavy and well made. Cute and makes me smile. Money well spent.

I have used this Dutch Oven for a little over 3 months now. The Enamel coating has help up great, and although it is very heavy, it is very easy to clean. I have done tomato sauces, pot roasts, chili, soup, and a few other recipes with this thing, and it has handled everything very well. No scorch marks, no chips in the finish, and no warping. I am very pleased with this product, and have recommended it to all my friends who love to cook. I am excited to get into the world of rustic bread making, and have full confidence that this will be able to handle the task.If you are reading this review wondering if you should pull the trigger, do it. I wish I did sooner.Love it.
