I got this during Amazon Prime deal days so I was really excited to get a steam mop at such a great deal. I had never used one before this so I wasn't sure what to expect. I really like it! The directions are pretty clear about how to use it, especially about attaching the pads. I love that it came with extra pads and a pair of dusting pads as well. I REALLY love that you can throw the pads into the washing machine so easily. I use distilled water and my floors look beautiful when I use the mop. There are three different levels you can choose from, which I enjoy. I have 5 kids, so I usually use the highest when mopping my kitchen tile floor! I really appreciate that I'm cleaning the floors without chemicals. I have old wood floors that I used the steam mop on carefully, in the lightest mode. The headlights are great for darker areas. I highly recommend this!

We have all tile floors but with two dogs and grandkids I felt like I just couldn't get the floors clean. Our socks always looked dirty. Since I've been using this steamer cleaner our floors look and feel so clean. It's so easy to use. The only thing I'd change is a longer handle (I'm tall) and a longer cord. I recommend!

This steam mop is the best one I have used !! I have had several over the years and this one is a game changer !! This cleans at your base boards better than any I have used before as well as around everything!! I absolutely love it !! So cleanse your grout lines really well !!

I love this thing and I genuinely think it’s my top purchase of 2024. It’s affordable and easy to use. The scrub pads are great, it comes with three. The bottom folds up so it’s easy to store. I already lost the water pouring cup but I’ve just been using a plastic cup to fill the water reserve and it’s been just fine. This makes it super easy to keep our floor clean for our newly mobile baby. Great product for pet and human parents!

Full disclosure, I really like Shark Products so I tend to buy them over other brands. I have a serious back issue and cannot mop old-school right now but needed to get my house in order for the Holidays. A friend talked about her floor steam cleaner, and I thought huh? After researching multi-function units (that vac and mop either robot style or hand-held I decided they are not worth the cost/effort for the poor performance). Settled on a manual steam cleaner for my needs. I've used this thing about 5 times and it's super easy. I do use bottled water because we have a lot of calcium and minerals in our tap water. The reservoir doesn't hold much (about 16 oz?) and that lasts for about 1000 SqFt. For me and my back issues, that's a good trade-off for the weight of water in the unit and stopping to refill. That said, it makes the unit very light and easy to use/maneuver. And for my home with one large dog and very active husband - it's been really great to help me keep the floors clean.

I have @1000sq ft of LVP this is quick, easy and a great way to keep floors clean. But you have to have extra pads I use at least 2 per room, 6each time I mop. I vacuum first then dust in corners and under tables. I do this once a week keeps the floors looking good. We are two with no pets.

I've tried multiple floor steam cleaners and this is by far the best. It really worked on old wood floors that had a lot of buildup. They are cleaner than ever, I did use multiple times and with both types of included pads. All around easy to use; filling water tank, attaching cleaning pads and selecting level of steam wanted. Highly recommend, game changer on cleaning our wood and ceramic tiles.

I was so excited to have ordered this but when it arrived, the box was obvious previously used and not gently. There was dirty water in the tank, hair all over the bottom of the machine and two black and filthy used pads with it! Scratches on the machine also - it was disgusting! Someone obviously did not check this when it was returned - very disappointed and I think I will just order directly from Shark next time.
