Works far better than what I was using. I have animals and sometimes they have accidents. This this machine does a great job actually scrubbing the floor and cleaning spills by or any normal debris from everyday traffic. I use a mixture of Pinesol that I have in a spray bottle and dispense as needed. Quick shipping and would buy again.

LOVE this!!! I have many cleaning products and love to test new ones all the time, this one is definitely a keeper and one that I will use daily!! Very easy to use and I love that it’s steam and that’s clean! Easy to clean by throwing pads in the wash with my towels. Great refurbished item!

This is junk refurbished trashed. Pour the water in it and it poured all over the floor. Tried it again did the same thanks a lot. Amazon really appreciate your refurbished trash.

I purchased this because my Oreck steam mop died. Now I am glad she did! I have two large drooly dogs and it is really hard to keep my stranded bamboo floors clean. I dreaded having to do it. So, today I vacuumed and then started up my new Shark. I was amazed! Not only could I guide it with no effort at all, it actually scrubbed up the Super Glue drool on my floors with no effort! No damaage to the floors. JUST CLEAN! And the way the pads are designed it can reach under the stove and refrigerator to clean there! Believe me, you want to get this Shark if you like things clean but hate to have to do it!

I bought this because my son has one and it works well. I was okay with it being refurbished, but the only pads I received were the dusting pads. Not disappointed with how it works only that the scrubbing pads weren’t there as it said in the description.Can I contact seller to send scrubber pads?

Let me start off with I really love this mop. It cleaned great and the floor dries fast which I really like. The only issue is i have a large home with tile throughout and the tank is very small. I had to fill up like 5/6 times to finish the whole house. I bought extra pads also. I like that they are washable.
