I will never use an old mop again. Got this on sale (which happens often) to save a few dollars and make it a good buy, it’s super easy to use. My mom with a bad knee maneuvered it easily. Not terribly heavy I’d say as expected. You don’t use cleaner just water, probably holds a couple cups, so chemical free and that’s what steams to clean the floors. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with this purchase; I do light cleaning during the week, and this works great for the deeper cleaning. I can't believe how clean my floors come out. It's easy to assemble and use. I recommend this product.

Perfect mop for ceramic floors. This is my second purchase for out primary home - and works perfect in the bathroom and laundry tiled floors. Two mop heads are included with the initial purchase, but would suggest purchasing additional replacement pads.

Have bought at least 5 of these because we use them at all our airbnb properties and at home. I love these mops! The problem I encounter is the screw top that holds the water basin always breaks and then it spills. Thoughts on manufacturing to make a better closure for this part of the product. The last one I ordered came with it broken so this must be something others experience because it appears to be a issue with the manufacturing and design.

I had an old version of this mop and unfortunately my dog chewed the cord which is sad because it really was the best mop! So I thought I would just buy a newer version of what I used to have since I couldn’t find a replacement cord for my older model. Man I’m glad I bought this one the scrubbing setting works really good I had to go over a couple of spots a few times but share I did it was shiny clean as you see the above picture. It dryed fast as well floors look great looking forward to using this mop way more often since I have a baby crawling around I love that it sanitizes with no chemicals! Buy it! It’s worth it:) very happy!

I’ve had problems with it since I got it & now it’s not working at all!I had purchased one of these before & it worked great for several years, but this one is junk.Hopefully there’s a warranty?!

This seriously cleans my laminate floor on SCRUB mode (with annoying and dirty divets.) It cleans my hardwood floors on DUST mode (a gentle mode that didn’t leave the hardwood wet but picked up a lot of accumulated dirt). This is a nicely constructed machine. You can turn it off while it’s plugged in by clicking through 4 modes: dust, mop, scour and off.I’ve tried multiple mopping machines to clean the divets that accumulate dirt in this kitchen floor. I have returned to this one. Robot mops are too gentle, traditional mopping also too gentle, hand scrubbing didn’t work without chemicals and a scrubbing mop machine broke too soon compared to the investment (also I don’t like emptying the dirty water compartment afterwards). This steam mop cleans beautifully, drying almost instantly. Its attacks on the dirty divets are strong, though some divet dirt remains.The pads that come with it are great at absorbing dirt. I bought knock off pads too and they do work but don’t compare to the name brand. Enjoy your next cleaning day!

Years ago, a friend convinced me I needed to get a steamer mop. At the time, there were lots of different models available, and I decided to go with the Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop. It probably wasn't the most expensive model, but it was also NOT the cheapest, bottom-tier variety. Overall, it performed really well--the body of the mop is solidly constructed, the cord is long enough, the water reservoir is appropriately sized and fairly easy to fill, and the three settings allow you to choose how much steam you need, based on what type of flooring you are cleaning (and how heavy duty the job!) The mop pad has a fine-textured microfiber on one side, and is more heavily textured on the other. My *only* criticism was that I sort of wished the mop came with more than one pad. (ie--I never really liked mopping my kitchen and my bathroom with the same mop pad--which might technically be silly (since the whole point of a steam mop is that it can sanitize the floor), but sometimes there is a subjective element to cleanliness. Also--I found that you could *buy* a second mop pad separately, but they were a little expensive for what they were, IMO.)Fast forward to the present--I moved across the country and accidently left my trusty steamer mop behind. Shark is a pretty big brand, so I thought I would have no trouble finding a new one at Walmart or any other big box store. WRONG. Apparently steam mops are no longer a thing? Instead, all I could find was one VERY cheap-looking model (think of a Swiffer with a cord) and a whole NEW array of weird hybrid vacuum mops. I was not impressed. Thankfully--a quick search on Amazon led me to a "Refurbished" version of what I had before. It's the exact same product, (except the mop pad is a slightly different material) and it *appeared* to be like new condition in a brand new box. (I even had to assemble it from 3 pieces.) It works great, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Put it to the test, my kitchen floor was really dirty and I put it to the big test. I vacuumed before using and it was really dirty and it did a good job. I went over it a couple of time to make sure it was clean and it did a good job I was really impressed . So far so good and we will see how long it lives. I have two boxers dogs that love to play in the mud and drool. I also have cats that like to puke on my nicely cleaned floors and rugs just after it has been cleaned. This unit will make my life a hole lot easier. No more getting on my hands and knees to scrub the floor.
