Works great for what I used it for so far (the oven and vinyl floors) it also heats/steams up fast and a full tank last for an entire room for me, I just like to add a couple drops of scented oil to the pad to create a pleasant scent in whatever room I'm cleaning.

Very user friendly product. I wish the water container could be larger in the next design to reduce the frequency of refilling.

I bought this mainly because the price was right and I really wanted a steam mop that had a handheld option with a crevice tool. I see some reviews on here mentioning the effectiveness and temperature of the steam, but honestly? I have NOT had a single issue with either. The steam is hot. And this thing works! It blows my last steam mop (an earlier model shark) out of the water! And being able to clean grout, cracks, and crevices has helped me achieve a whole new level of clean! For the price, I don’t see how you could beat this. My only cons revolve around the water canister, as I don’t love how it’s affixed to the unit instead of being easily removed and I don’t love that the cap can be easily lost or misplaced, especially when it’s off the unit to allow it to dry. But neither of these would stop me from purchasing. Happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend!

I tested it today and am amazed how well it cleans and desinfected ceramic floors. I had to wait a little extra but it worth every penny. Easy to use, handle and weightless.

It soon quick and easy to use. My floors have never been cleaner. My plan is to use it through out the house. Windows ledge, over the stove. I used it on my shower doors. Simply love the steam mop

Light and easy to use. The upright stand has started to wear so now it tilts and tips over just standing. The hand tool fun functionality fine. Water reservoir is small, holding the button is frustrating, and it needs to be pointed down to be used.

With three levels to clean and a dog, we went through mops, roombas, handheld vacuums, and rags. This one eliminated them all. I don't know how it does it but it collects the hair and dust in that little blue mat. it needs to be washed of course after each use. the house smells like steamed sauna after, clean and fresh. no cleaners needed. we love it. It cut the time of mopping the floors in 3. The cord is short. But we bought one extension cord and taped it to the plug-in so now we have a very long cord that stays intact. all negative reviews were about the length of the original cord and we found a cheap solution. one outlet covers the entire floor now.

Kenmore 2 in 1 steam mop. I have owned a few steam mops which I would consider quality products. This mop is right up there. I mainly use it as a mop. It’s lightweight, versatile and gets the job done. It comes with whatever attachments you would need; jet, fan, scrub brush carpet slide and two pads. It can be used as a standup mop or handheld unit. It also has a decent warranty. Where this unit falls short, pun intended, is it’s cord length. I think its only around 13’. Not the end of the world and most similar products have the same issue. The other issue I have with this unit is that I question its disinfecting prowess when used as a mop. From what I understand, for a steam mop to be effective at disinfecting, it has to reach a temperature of 108° or better for a minimum of 8 seconds. I believe this unit gives off a steady cloud of steam at that temp but, when used as a mop the pads might hinder that. This is mainly due to the design. If you look at the bottom, there is only one jet where steam is omitted. Most units at this price point and below are designed like this, its just not limited to this unit. A better design would have multiple steam jets for more spread. For instance, a previous mop I owned had eleven jets. All in all this is a decent, well made steam mop by a well known company at an affordable price. I would recommend it unless you would like to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

I was really excited for this unit; it offered exactly what I was looking for at the price point I was looking in and to top it all off, it had the Kenmore name! Unfortunately this has turned out to be the most disappointing purchase I have ever bought in the first quarter of the year. My unit worked the grand total of one (1) time since it was delivered and assembled. It seems as though my unit came with a defective heating element resulting in my water remaining in its physical state and dripping as opposed to being in steam. This whole ordeal has been made even worse by the Kenmore customer service. I have emailed both their info and customer service @kenmore emails, with absolutely no resolution. As a result, I have a piece of plastic that collects dust in my home instead of supporting me in preventing said dust from cumulating.Buying this unit is a gamble. If it comes with any problems, your chance of receiving support is highly variable and if you are unlucky as in my case, your chance of receiving support will be none. I hope if you do purchase this unit, the odds are in your favor.
