It took me a bit to get used to a cord on my mop but I love washing my floor with this mop now. I feel it operates the same for spots dried on or sticky as a Norwex mop but only difference is that it dries so fast after mopping and low to no streaking, with distilled water and thieves cleaner.

I wish I had gotten one of these long ago. I didn't realize you could use them on manufactured wood flooring. It is a breeze to clean my floors and now I know that they are really clean. I use the dust setting for the wood floor and the stronger setting for tile. Love it!

This is my third Shark steam mop. I was a bit hesitant because of it being refurbished but I am in love with it! It cleaned my 45 yr old hardwood floors so thoroughly. I mopped these floors just a week ago but Oh My!! The amount of dirt it pulled out of the wood grain was amazing. No more dirty socks from running around the house without shoes. You won't be disappointed.

One thing, I was cleaning a special needs bus and it has a lot of obstacles on the floor so I think I need a smaller head. Other than that I love it.
