I love this pan! My madeleines came out so cute and delicious. Like other reviews say, they are a bit bigger than the regular pan, but adjusting the baking time isn’t too tough. Removing the cookies from the pan is also very easy so long as you grease the pan. 5/5! Love it!

They came out pretty good in the first bake but starting second time the madeleines stick to the mold and very hard to get them in a complete piece. Thinking about returning it and get other brand.

This pan makes really beautiful Madeline's. They are a bit bigger than than most Madeline's so you have to adjust baking time. I would suggest cooking one in the pan the first time you make them so you can figure out the temperature and the time you need to adjust your recipe. They didn't stick at all , but will take time to figure out times and temps.
