Madeline cookies turned out great. Just had to butter the pan and didn't dust it with flour. The cookies came off very easily.

Tenu parfait. très bonne qualité. nettoyage très facile. ne se déforme pas. Les madeleine sont grande. Pour la première utilisation j'ai beurré le moule , pour la deuxième j'ai oublier mais tout c'est bien démouler. Je suis très contente de ce moule. je le conseil a ceux qui veulent de belle madeleine.

I had madeleines for the first time when I purchased them from a big box store. (They were on sale) I loved them so much I decided to find a recipe and make them myself. I realized I needed the baking pan so good ole Amazon came through as usual. The pan arrived in a couple of days. Off to the kitchen and I whipped up a batch and my oh my they are so good fresh from the oven. It was my first Genoese batter but the easiest part was cleaning up afterwards. The pan is absolutely easy to clean but I suggest you buy two as most recipes for madeleines make 24. I hope you enjoy the pans and the madeleines as much as I do. HAPPY BAKING
