Bought these to be able to make a Malaysian egg cake. They are fabulous and my nephews fiancé was very impressed. I bought them to be able to make something for her from her country will be using them again today.

These 2 pans combined hold 1/3 box of Cake Mix batter.You can measure it out accordingly and only make what you want.

Good performance cookie pan. Non stick. Lines detail very clear. Cavity size is bigger than the regular madeleine pan . Only put half full mixturfor Madeleine. If fill in full, could be a small muffin.

I was looking for a madeleine pan like this. It's really a good pan, makes good sized madeleines too. I like the mold design and it's easy to clean and easy to use. Would recommend it. Nice and sturdy too.
