Produit de très bonne qualité.Je viens de faire ma première cuisson et par rapport aux moules en silicone rien a voir. Bonne forme des madeleines avec des stries bien marquées. Montee de la forme spécifique aux madeleines plus rapide.Le démoulage faisable dès la fin de cuisson et enfin nettoyage très facile.Vraiment un très bon produit et qui respire la qualité

A 40cm tray ought to fit in the oven of my slender (50cm) cooker, woudn't you think? Well no - it was just too wide to rest on one of the shelves! Luckily though, it slid neatly into the shelf slots as if it were a shelf in its own right, so on the day it was delivered I went ahead and prepared the mixture for my madeleines.It's a heavy, solid tray. It doesn't bend or flex in the oven, and it produces perfectly risen and browned madeleines after ten minutes cooking.I've used it a couple of times already, and I'm delighted with the results.The non-stick coating works well. If the tray is properly buttered and floured first, and the madeleines are left to cool for about three minutes, they release themselves perfectly.I love this tray.
