Bought this with a travel ballet dance floor from another site. My daughter was very excited!

Poor quality craftsmanship. Both brackets arrived with the black paint chipped off.

I have had to use this for surgery recovery physical therapy exercises.Hardest was getting a place to put it up. Suggest making a wood “plate” behind it before screwing into the wall for better security. Then, it’s the best for all sorts of exercises. Worth it.

I'm 75. I had a fall and had to go to rehab. The bar they had at the facility was very helpful. I wanted something I could have a home to continue doing my exercises. This bar is nicely made and fits my needs perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bought this for my new exercise room to help me rehab from a major surgery. My balance is not great and this helps me not fall. It MUST go into studs though. And I used longer screws to keep it strong. I would not use the mollies.

Installed in our daughter's bedroom for her private ballet lessons and she loves it. She has had another barre in the past that came flying out of the wall with any amount of pressure (and I promise it was properly installed) but this one is a great length for sturdiness in drywall.

I bought the 80” ballet bar/brackets from the same company, with which I was very pleased. Each bracket included three mounting holes. I bought the 48” bar thinking it would have the same mounting brackets, but the mounting brackets have only two holes. This makes for a slightly less secure bar and makes the installation a little tricky because the bracket overlaps the top mounting hole.On the plus side, the two in-line mounting holes ease installation directly into studs. If you intend to mount the bar to a 2x6 mounted to the wall and are not concerned with stud locations, look for the 3-holes bracket. If you are mounting directly to the studs, this model is acceptable. If you are attempting to secure the bar to only the drywall, consider carefully your life choices.Outside of this bracket/bar system is the best. The bar is flush to the brackets, the brackets look great, and the system is very reasonably priced.
