This is really helping me improve my balance on my turns, and my spins when I dance. I am an amateur dancer and so glad that I got this board to help me. I didn’t even know something like this existed.

I love this little board. I had never heard of one before but I started looking them up and noticed so many non-dancers getting use out of it. And it really is awesome - like on a self-care level.I stopped playing softball over a year ago when I broke my wrist rollerskating. I have legit lost so much agility just in this time. The is terrible for an athlete. So practicing spins on this board is such a simple and fun way to get interactive practice in balance and agility. Not only that, it also really energizes me and boosts my mood. I am so obsessed.I thought it was going to be like almost skateboard size but it's smaller than a footboard actually. Sturdy and can bring it anywhere. But I leave mine in the living room and use on the hard wood floor just whenever. Totally recommend.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive spin board to practice for figure skating spins. I had a "twist board" that sort of did the trick, but it didn't give my feet the feeling of spinning on the sweet spot of the blade. Some other brand name spinners cost around $40-50, but I don't skate enough to warrant spending that much.I tried this "turn board" and it really gave me the feeling that I was spinning on the ice! You have to find the right place on your foot in order for it to spin properly - which is what a spin board is meant to do. It must be used on a hard surface, though since it spins directly on the floor, rather than spin around a bottom plate.I haven't tried my spins back on the ice yet, but having this to practice in the meantime is fantastic!

I had already ordered the spinner for my daughter, and it was so nice that I ordered this product, as well. It is small and portable, sturdy, and can handle adult weight just as easily as a child's. The way it's designed, it is very easy to smoothly spin, while improving balance, agility, and technique of dance or gymnastic movements. It is also fun to use. My daughter performs a lot of creative movements as a part of acting more than formal dance or sports performance, and this really helps you practice different techniques without having to take so much risk that can cause injury. Also, a unique use for it in her case, is when you balance on it without spinning, it actually creates a visual motion effect of surfing or skateboarding that comes across as very authentic and realistic in video filming. Such a great little useful training accessory.

This product is exactly as pictured in the listing. The plastic is thick enough. At least it is for my 90 pound daughter, not sure if it would hold me. She uses it to practice her turns.
