My daughter loved using this for practicing back bends/bridge . It helped massively and she can now do these unaided but still uses this to do other exercises! Very useful and secure!

Bought for my 8 year old to work on backbends. The strap came unbuckled mid back bend and she fell on her head. Thank goodness I had a tumbling mat down and it softened the blow. I have bought hundreds of items off Amazon and this is the 1st review I have ever done. From 1 parent to another DO NOT BUY IT!!

This is an easy to use and easy to set up. I had to use it on my front door because it won't work on the bedroom doors. My 6 year old loves it so she practice her back bends independently. It comes with a bag to fold up so it is compact for storing away when not in use.

My daughter is 4 and just started gymnastics. I am not very sporty and can’t even do a cartwheel. This was easy to set up at home. Even for her age and size this was a great fit. This has helped her learn to do a back bend and help with flexibility. I would buy again.

I love this idea. What a genius way to start or continue stretching. One thing I love about this product is how it is tailored to you. You can choose any setting based on the level you are at. As a contortionist, I definitely get the struggle of finding a good, easy, simple, and safe way to stretch and stay in motion. Have fun, and keep on stretching !!

I got this for my daughter to work on her back bends with some security in place and it works well and no installation or complicated instructions to use it. It’s very strong! Strong enough for child or an adult and it can be used in many ways to help with flexibility!

I and my daughter have been working in our flexibility and I was skeptical about it and having it on our door. But it’s actually made pretty good. I trust it while going in to a backbend but it’s easy enough to use to stretch legs or do a mini workout.
