Why did you pick this product vs others?:Accurate grain scale. Holds accuracy through a loading session. Easily calibrated with the included weights.

2 weeks in. It doesn't give the exact calibration weight so I am thinking that the weights are not exact because the scale is pretty good. I do have to warn DO NOT USE NEAR A FAN or any significant wind current because it WILL affect your reading and you will be confused like I was.The trickler is very basic but is made of metal. I like the rest of the stuff it comes with, too. It's a pretty good deal so far.I'll give more updates if anything goes wrong.

It feels like cheap plastic. Well, it is, but, it does everything I need, and does it well. Very nice. Works well. Accurate. A little difficult to get to the battery compartment, but after that is finished, it really works well, especially for the cost. No complaints.

Not at all accurate. Started out good for about 40 rounds then started drifting bad. Powder pan weight constantly changes anywhere from 73.5 gr to 76gr. That's more than enough to be dangerous!

I'm new to reloading so take that with a grain of salt.I let the scale warm up for a couple minutes then calibrated with the included weights. After that it was zeroed, and showed between 20.000g, and 20.003g for the test weights. I think this is acceptable considering that breathing over it can send it off by 0.025g easily. It's very sensitive.I weighed a few items that should be 115 grains each. They were between 114.5gn and 115.5gn. I weighed each several times and got a few hundredths difference on the same item. Example: the same item might register 115.48gr one time and 115.51 another time. For me I think this is acceptable. I don't think I'll find more accurate in this price range. The screen is ready to read unless you're looking at it from a very low angle. At 45° or so it's fine, directly above it's perfect.I haven't tried the included trickler but it feels cheap, and has a bit of play between the holes in the funnel and the tube.

Honestly I feel like if you recalibrate the scale every 5th time you use it you'll probably be ok. For me I didn't do that at all I guess I just trusted the process being excited to finally start reloading like a typical newbie. Anyways long story short my particular scale ended up allowing me to add just a pitch to much gradually over the course of 20 rounds. I don't know at what point it started but at the end the load was .176 on the heavy side. Like I said though I feel like if I kept up on recalibration it, it could end up working out for a reasonably priced starter scale.

I like that it has precision calibration available- that makes it very accurate. Thw sad part is the trickle feeder is meant for particles but not for powder. The edges between the feed tube and hopper will allow powder to seep through. Not really designed for a fine substance.

Inaccurate scale so unfit for purpose, bought for reloading so accuracy was key,Tried the check weights in my digital powder measure and they were spot on, but on the scale they were supplied with they are all over the place! Also fluctuates in reading when there’s nothing on it! Not a happy bunny!
