Step 1
Roll the silicone coil around the front of the instep.
Step 2
Place the foot on the instep,pull the silicone ring between the hands and insert the toes into it.
Step 3
Roll the silicone coil up and stretch the knees as straight as possible.
Step 4
Tie the legging strap to the upper leg.Padding can be placed by the Achilles Tendon if needed.

1、Each use time is within 10-15 minutes (about 5 minutes for beginners), training 2-3 times a day;
2、As with any stretching exercise, care should be used to follow proper stretching technique, and never stretch to the point of pain.

It is very good quality. Authentic pine wood. Great price for good quality. I got this to get a better arch for ballet. I’m a ballet student and wanted to go en pointe so the Thera band was great also. Was in correct packaging and delivered pretty quick. I totally recommend this product.

It is so easy to use and I've seen so much improvement in my arch so I will officially be on pointe next year! I have been able to do so much with it and because of the storage I can bring it with me to warm up in dance class.
