I cannot use this for aerial silk because it's too sticky and fabric stays with my hands when I want to let it go. I cannot return this item, so I need to toss it.. If you are looking for stickiness, this lasts really long!

My pole is metal, not broken in, so pole grip was definitely needed.. worked great for the drop I was able to use.. Product works as described/ Very Effective

I prefer using this during the colder months, because my skin is dry, and a different formula during the warmer months when I get sweaty. I've been using this, and it's really helped me improve on the pole. I have not tried this one when I'm slippery because of sweat, yet. I would definitely recommend this one if you have trouble slipping on the pole, when you aren't sweaty. I actually lightly spray my hands with it, and it has really helped. It's not a miracle worker though, you will probably have to wipe down your pole, and maybe reapply occasionally. I'm still working on what works and when it's best to use things like all the grip aids I have. It can vary what works best, and when. This does make your hands sticky, so you don't want a lot on your hands, especially on a static pole, because it makes spins difficult, but the stickiness helps pole climbs, poses etc. I would definitely buy this again. It's worth the price, especially since you don't want to use a lot all at once. It's very easy to apply, because all you do is spray it on and let it dry.

In comparison to grip it this is way better but the smell is not something I like and it’s really hard to get off. You will stick to the pole and your own body

This stuff was way too sticky. Its not even just that though, the stickiness didn’t last long but the product wouldn’t come off even with the recommended dawn dish soap. After using it at work and washing my hands at the end of the night there was still a grey sticky film on my hands. And it smells gross. And it exploded in the package before it got here.
