Easy to Set Up and Use
1. Find a sturdy door.
2. Place the short strap over the top of the door and close it with the door anchor on the other side of the door.
3. Thread the long strap through the D-ring and you are ready to go.

This stretching equipment is incredibly easy to use just as long as you maintain a safe, yet comfortable balance. If you have a limited free time and want to start streatching i would 10/10 recommend. It’s very durable, perfect size for me with ADJUSTABLE ROPE BTW!! like what more would you ask for; it’s worth the value it’s sells for! I’m a happy buyer:)

The item says SOLID RING. It is not solid. My daughter was stretching and the ring came apart. She fell pretty hard, hurt her wrist and back. Please be careful. False advertising put her in the ER!

My daughter bought this and the first one wasn't working as we expected. I reviewed it and indicated it wasn't working as expected. I immediately got a customer responded, asked what was happening, replaced the product and the new one is working great! It's everything my daughter wanted and she uses it all the time for dance! Great product and even better customer service!! It's hard to find quality products and service today and I would recommend and buy other products from this company.
