I've done pole and yoga. These knee pads are practical and add just the right amount of cushion to make both yoga and pole more fun. What's really great is that the snap on (not pull on) so if you already have your platform boots on and realize you forgot your knee pads, these are easy to get on (no need to unlace the boots!). I've never seen anyone else use kneepads for yoga --but theses are great because I can hold the knee down poses with out unnecessary suffering. I love these. And the brand name on the knee "queen" looks fly in any context. Game changers! :)

I’ve been looking for an easy on/easy off supportive kneepad. Dancers are very hard on the knees and these are supportive with the angled pads.I do wish the thickest replacement pads could be ordered on Amazon since I do like to double up on the support.I always suggest to wear kneepads so we reduce the risk of knee replacements as we get older.These are great

I’m disappointed with this product from Amazon. This is the second pair I’ve ordered, hoping a different design would work better, but it still fell short of my expectations. The fit and quality are just okay. However, the plastic buckles and lack of adjustability to control how tight or loose the knee pads fit are major drawbacks.

These are great knee pads for floor work.I couldn’t figure out at 1st how to wear them.I thought I had ordered the wrong size and contacted the business for assistance.I was contacted with in 24hrs all the way from Ukraine.By that time I had already figured out what I was doing wrong and had cancelled my return.Great business for both product and customer service.

Many people rave ab Queen but these didn’t work for me. Uncomfortable and didn’t stay in place. Also the holes to remove the pads are super small- not sure how you’d be able to add bigger/more pads. I think part of why they don’t work for me is bc i have short legs, normal/small knees, but big, jacked calves and sizable thighs. So to fit my calves and thighs, I have to get a larger size, but then they shift around my knees.
