La compramos para los ejercicios de estiramiento de mi hija, y le gusta mucho. Un día me enseñó a usarla para aliviar el dolor de espalda y la verdad es que funciona de maravilla. Recomiendo su compra.

Hemos comprado el PlumBand para mi hija, ella practica ballet y me comentaron que sería muy bueno para ella, todavía no puedo opinar sobre el producto porque no se lo hemos entregado, es un regalo que se lo daremos en breve, pero seguro que será perfecto, compañeras suyas lo tienen y están muy contentas con los resultados.

The PlumBand came packaged well and beautifully. There's a note inside when you first open it and it cute and funny - it really is the small things that makes a big difference. The band was strong and want was advertised. I can see this being a great tool for dancers, as advertised but also gymnasts, pole dancers, aerialists and many other athletes who are looking to improve their flexibility. As I stated already the band is thick which for great for daily use. I ended up purchasing the band for a different use and it ended up not working out the way I would have hoped. However, the customer service replied quickly to my email and did way more for me than I was expecting. The return/refund process was simple and fast (same day as my reply) and they inquired about how the product would have been better suited for me. I wish the product had worked for what I intended it for, simply for how great the company is. I will be looking out in the future for products that fit my needs better. If you are on the fence about this product, I would go for it.

The first thing I would like to say is that this company has AMAZING customer service. I ordered the small plum band for Christmas as a surprise for my daughter who is 8 and is working to improve her flexibility with the splits. I originally ordered the small size due to her height (approximately 48”), but when I opened it to check out the product, I had concerns that the small would not work due to the tension of the band and the fact that she is working to improve flexibility (and is not super flexible). I reached out to ask about an exchange for the regular size and was provided with the most excellent customer service. I was told that they would ship out the regular size and to keep the small. They did not want my daughter to be disappointed on Christmas Day. I am so very thankful for the fantastic customer service I received from this company—seems like good customer service is a rarity today. Additionally, the product itself is awesome! I did not notice any weird smells or anything and it comes in a cute bag and with a small instructional guide that my daughter will easily be able to throw into her dance bag. I am giving this to my daughter on Christmas Day, so I don’t have any information yet on how this works to help her splits, but she has seen other girls use bands like this, and she is very determined to improve her splits, so my guess is that this will be a great help to her!

Item arrived in a nice quality box, the blue is a very nice colour, band was packaged nicely in plastic wrapping and the band appears to be good quality. There is an area on the band to personalize with marks. I was expecting stickers to decorate but it appears you colour the tag. The drawstring bag to store the band is both attractive and good quality. The Plum band booklet is nice quality with information on how to store your band, sample ways to decorate the tag, and several sample stretches. The entire item is really good quality. I purchased this item as gift for my 10 year old dancer and I like it so much that I may purchase more as gifts. I purchased a smaller size for her as she is a child. Overall, very impressed with the quality and presentation of the product!

Ce produit est vraiment très utile et particulièrement efficace pour les exercices de souplesse et de renforcement musculaire (notamment pour le dos). Le coffret contient la bande d'étirement, une petite pochette pour la ranger et un petit livret avec quelques exercices pour l'utiliser. En tant que danseuse amatrice, j'ai pu gagné en souplesse grâce à cette bande.Par ailleurs, quand j'ai reçu le coffret, il manquait le livret et j'ai donc contacté le service après vente. Et ils ont été adorables et tout est rentré dans l'ordre très rapidement.

This band was recommended by my aerial instructor, after I asked for advice on increasing my flexibility. The band is brilliant, it was well packaged, with a nice illustrated stretching guide and web addresses to more. I really like the size and strength of the band. I feel confident stretching it out for my splits and get a nice level of resistance when using it to strengthen muscles. After two weeks of consistent use I am noticing a clear improvement in my flexibility! I also appreciate the level of quality in the packaging and presentation, I think it would make a nice gift.

Figured I should finally get around to updating this- the company that makes these is amazing. After my initial review, they reached out to me and offered to send me a small sized band, free of charge. I've been using the smaller band for a few months now, and I find it's much more successful for someone of my height. But, depending on the stretch, I do still use the purple one sometimes. I almost wish there was an in-between sized band! But I don't mind using both for different things.Personally, I feel like the larger sized band doesn't stretch me as well as I'd hoped. I'm not super short but also not tall (a little less than 5'3), and I have to wrap this band around myself several times to get a good stretch, sometimes cutting off my circulation. It does feel like a high quality band though, despite daily use it always goes back to its original size and doesn't get any thin spots where it gets overstretched. I like it much better than other bands that I've used, however I do wish I had gotten the small. I won't now, because I don't love the product enough to also buy the small, and I'll deal with what I have because $20 is a bit steep of a price to pay. I'll probably never make a pattern in the little white dots like you're supposed to, but I feel like this could be a really cool personalization feature especially for young dancers.5/5 on the packaging though! I loved the cute message I read upon opening up the box, it really made me smile.

Absolutely LOVE the perfectly perfect purple colored stretch band for dance, gymnastics, yoga training and more from The Plum Company. Girls will love the color!!!It arrived in an AWESOME colored box which is GREAT for gift giving! This product is made from natural latex rubber.I am a dance teacher and purchased this to try with my daughter before recommending to students. My daughter noticed a big difference in her flexibility after just a few uses! With regular use of the Plum band she will improve her flexibility of her legs, and back. My daughter loves it, and she is getting stronger with her flexibility using this daily!This is a wonderful stretching and strength training tool for everyone. Great for dancers, gymnasts, people who are into fitness, or people who are rehabilitating at home and need to do some safe stretching exercises. This works for side, back, and forward lifts/stretches. I highly recommend this PLUM band for great results. It is awesome for your arms and legs. And it provides hands free stretching. The band is about 40" from end to end. This is very helpful because it can work for any height. You can simply adjust to your height by knotting off the ends, I also tried on a smaller student and it worked with ease.It is easy to get started; it comes with an instructional booklet included with the product. ADAPTS TO ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. Can be used by experienced and professional dancers for advanced stretching and technique, while the included INSTRUCTIONAL BOOKLET illustrates basic stretches to help beginners get started. You can also find more stretches on their website, which is provided in the booklet. It also comes with a travel bag, which is nice for my daughter to keep in her dance bag.You can purchase this with confidence!!!! It does is do what it was designed to do! I will be requiring this of my students for stretch class.
