Beautiful bag, poorly made. Zipper broke third use. Reached out to company, I sent them pics at their request and they never ever responded. Terrible customer service that doesn't stand by their products. Buy a different bag, don't waste your money here.

This is a perfect size for a little dancer starting out in their first ballet class. My 7, almost 8 year old loves it. The small pocket on the front is just big enough to hold a spare suit and tights. The little pocket inside holds a pair of ballet slippers perfectly. The main compartment holds tap and jazz shoes with room to grow. The outside mesh pockets hold a small water bottle well on one side and a snack on the other. Great little bag.

I placed an order for 2 of these backpacks for my daughters to use for dance. I ordered them before Christmas, as Christmas presents and when they came I was sent 2 of the same bag, I contacted the seller and they were super helpful, made a new bag and had it sent out immediately so that I was still able to give it to my daughter for Christmas. No hesitations, no giving me the runaround. I simply showed a picture of 2 of the same bag, the seller was very apologetic and fixed the issue which was extremely appreciated on my end! Not only is the customer service great, the backpacks are adorable and my girls love them!

The item is very cute, but very strong smell of paint that wouldn’t go away. I put them in the steam fresh cycle on my dryer, and the pretty skirt and bow came off. Also, the glue bled and left permanent stains. I think eventually, they would’ve fallen off anyways. They really should be sewn on, which what I’ll do to fix my mistake. But the smell practically went away. We’ll see how it will hold up over time.Update: Fell apart - the straps came off at the seams after two years use. Otherwise., my daughter really liked how cute it is.

The strap has broken off after a couple uses. The zippers are broken as wellHer name has started to fall off.

This bag was not what I expected. While the color matches, the details of the bag are beautiful, and the engraving was done well, the material is extremely cheap, like something you’d get at a dollar store. Has a very strong smell of plastic and chemicals. Unfortunately, the worst part was having the zippers not work. They literally don’t close in any direction and of course, since it’s not sold or fulfilled by Amazon, I have to keep this awful useless bag. Tried contacting seller but nothing has worked. Very disappointed.

My daughter absolutely loves this backpack for her ballet class. It is really cute. It was a decent price. My only complaint is the zipper zipper is not a good quality. Therefore, it’s hard to open and shut the backpack solely based on this I would not purchase again. But if you’re in a pinch and you want some thing that has your child’s name on it it definitely does the job until you can get something else.
