I'm no handyman, but this was super easy to put together. I've had it on an 11-ft ceiling and a 8 or 9 ft ceiling and it was sturdy on both. Just remember to tighten it every couple of days or so if you use it often. I had a friend jokingly spin around trying it out and it fell over slightly, but I hadn't tightened it in a few days. My only complaint is that it's a little slippery no matter how much I wipe it or put grip on my hands. Overall, happy with the purchase.

This pole was easy to install. It seems very sturdy and as long as you install it where the ceiling is quite solid I don’t think you would have a problem. I would make sure that you are installing it where there is a stud or a beam above it.

After a lot of research, I decided on this pole as a safe but affordable option. I’ve only had it set up for two days, but so far so good! It was relatively easy to set up (I did it alone with a ladder; would be easier with two, but I was successful solo). There was a very slight grinding noise when placed on spin, which I was able to resolve by loosening the screws for the top cover (not structural/only cosmetic). Honestly, I’m really satisfied. My only complaint is the pole pieces were labeled with sizes, and the directions referred to them by letter, so I had a little trouble knowing which piece was which. The iron ring was also loose so I didn’t know where to place it initially. Continuity in labeling parts would be helpful. Be safe everyone and happy dancing

Was very excited to buy this. Was not sure if it would work at my tiny apartment. The product itself was very easy to assemble and good quality. Put it up and did some conditioning, but my biggest fear was that the ceiling wouldn’t hold. Now, I know it isn’t bolted or anything, but the pressure on the ceiling caused a tiny crack and I decided to take it down and return it since I am a renter. Will likely purchase again when I have a better home ☺️

I'm very happy with the product, it's super sturdy and easy to assemble, even for a small woman with almost no upper body strenght. I'm a newbie to pole dancing and for some reason the price was 180$ at the time of purchase (as to 395$ at the time of writing). I thought it was going to be an entry-level quality pole for beginners, but ohhh I was wrong. This product is definitely worth the money. It feels very safe to use and I already tried some figures to test the overall stability and everything stays right into place.The product arrived in a super nice packaging, with foam and bubble wrap to protect the parts.Whoever designed this product did a great job. I am an industrial designer, so this is my job to design products that are easy to use and assemble and I have nothing wrong to say about that one. Assuming I received the same product as these people in the bad reviews having a hard time assembling it, I think you guys seriously need to improve your instructions reading skills (no offense).

I just put mine up today & so far its definitely a 10/10!I have a popcorn ceiling and it went up perfectly fine!Didn't take long to install, and the instructions are so simple to follow, I had it all measured out and put together myself but I did have to wait for my boyfriend to come home for some extra mussel to make sure it was tight to the ceiling. Took maybe 20 minutes ! Absolutely worth the money, great quality, sturdy & it was delivered early (2 days).Unfortunately my ceiling is a weird height so I could use an extra 2 inches on the cover but it being a little short doesn't effect the functionality of the pole itself so I still give it a 10/10.For anyone who had a struggle with the base pole, it will eventually go on, there is no specific way. I just turned it a couple times and it went on.. took maybe 10 minutes and a bit of patience.

Being stuck at home due to quarantine can get pretty boring, so I decided to just go out on a limb and get me one of these! I haven’t been able to go to the gym like I used to, since it has been pretty much closed all quarantine long so I thought this would be fun to try in the privacy of my own home 🤣The setup was really easy and pretty simple to put together. It fits very sturdy between my floors and 8 1/2 ft ceiling. I like that I didn’t have to screw anything to the walls or floors because I like the capability of moving it from different rooms. I usually keep it in my bedroom but had some friends over that wanted to see it so I was easily able to set it up quickly in the living area. It really is an entertaining piece of furniture to have in the house. My friends had a blast with it, we were laughing and having fun with it all night. It really is a conversation piece 😝It’s been a month since I’ve had it and from me practicing all the things I’ve been learning on YouTube to my friends trying to climb it all weekend, it does not show any signs of it breaking anytime soon. The quality is very nice, I really have no complaints. I would recommend to people wanting to try this out as their at home work out routine during this “stay at home” times. You really break a sweat using this, no joke!

This pole has exceeded my expectations ... it was easy to install, so sturdy and secure, and has already brought hours of entertainment to me and my kiddo who loves climbing. I am a newbie when it comes to pole fitness and haven’t tried any of the more expensive poles on the market (like x-pole) so I can’t compare. However, I can say that I don’t see anything lacking in this model. You will need some type of grip enhancer as it’s pretty slippery but I hear that’s typical for popes with a chrome fitness. (The gloves it comes with are useless.) Anyways, I highly recommend it and have zero regrets with this purchase.

Great pro pole it’s very sturdy. I can do inversions and spins. It was even strong enough to hold my husband’s weight. Only problem is I have to Watch out for the base plate or you can hurt your foot if you land on it. But that goes with all at home poles
