Got this to add leg variation training. Attaches to squat rack easily and works fantastic. Very smooth! One thing is you need to get a metal stool about 24 inches so you can do leg Extensions. A chair or bench may not cut it. I'm 6' 1"

Never knew this existed. I had my home gym for years and was only going to my local gym for leg day to use the equipment they had. I was tired of paying monthly fees for 1-2 days a week. Not to mention my gym is just too crowded. I didn't want a machine to take up a ton of space. So started searching on Amazon for Power Rack attachments and came across this. Installation was pretty simple. I had two bolts that I had to add WD40 because they were not budging. I have used it for two leg days and absolutely love it. Fair price for adding Leg Curls and Extensions to my home gym. It will pay for itself a few months after cancelling my gym membership.

I had no idea something like this existed! I’ve been using it every leg day and it feels very high quality. It can be adjusted to fit some wall collapsible racks, which is what I did. I now have a completely functional home gym in my spare room!

I use this for standing single leg curls and standing single leg extensions. It is smooth and the 15" long weight loading pin can hold alot of weight.Excellent unit for the price. And the bright red looks great in person. This is a quality addition to any home gym. I highly recommend it.

Installed this on a 1" holes, 2x2 rack and is very solid. I had some large channel lock pliers (required to tighten) and it was a breeze.I would give this 5 Stars+ but....Knocking it one star because when I was doing an initial tightening by hand of the nut on a 1" bolt, a very sharp thin piece of metal from the bolt ridge caught my thumb and sliced me. Basically a metal splinter that cut to draw blood. So basically they need to check their bolts otherwise

The downsides of this product are the same as any other version. It is pretty cheap and does a decent job. The range of motion is never going to be great. Works significantly better with a cable machine pulling on it rather than weights on it.

I’ve only had this a few days but it does what I need it to. Feels like it’ll hold up to heavy weight. The rack I own and placement of the safety bars will require me to install and remove more frequently than I’d like. But is just a product of my setup.
