Just received the ritfit leg press/hack squat machine. Came in 3 boxes and in good condition. Very easy to assemble, used my own tools. Pretty good quality for the price and home use.goo

Received hack squat without hardware (bolts/pegs). Contacted ritfit who sent hardware COD requesting $193 additional for the missing hardware. Multiple messages about this. Was told it was sent when it wasn't. So frustrating!!!!!

Rock solid construction and design, well engineered and nicely manufactured. Smooth action and function, I should get many years of use. I am amazed something this large could be shipped via FedEx. Took several sessions to unpack and assemble. Instructions were great, easy to understand and the hardware nicely organized for each step. You will be best served by using your own tools, i.e. ratchet and wrenches else the process will take much longer. It's will be helpful if you have some DIY experience and or a friend to assist. It recommends two people to assemble, while it would have been nice I did it alone.

This is exactly as advertised. By far, the best assembly instructions I have ever used. Once together, the machine has smooth operation and is extremely sturdy

I spent 3/4 of my life (I'm 71) weightlifting. I've been a bodybuilder, a powerlifter, many other types of weightlifting along with boxing and martial arts. This is one of the finest piece of equipment I have purchased since the beginning of my lifting. It took my wife and I about 4 hours assembly once we laid out all the components and reviewed the book completely. From there assembly was simple, not complex. I truly love this machine, no I'm not paid for this review. I've used industrial machines in muscle gyms that were no better than this. I am impressed. Not only by the machine & the simple assembly but... also by the way every component was wrapped carefully. I'll say this, this has to be one hell of a company, all three boxes arrived one week early and on the same day. This equipment is much more than what they advertise.

It came 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was awesome. I put it together by myself. Took me 7 hrs. I did put a few pieces on backwards and put a few screws in the wrong place. The directions are easy, just a few pieces I couldnt tell which way they went on until the next step. All the nut, bolts, and washers are labeled per step. One step I didn't realize there were 2 different type screws until i tightened them and went to next step. I would recommend 2 ppl like it says, but 1 person can do it. It works great. This was the last piece I needed to complete my home gym.

This machine was a great buy at $700.00!!! Very well built and surprisingly smooth operation. I assembled by myself in about two hours but would have been easier with another hand. A tip for safety rail installation…. Install the two bottom brackets where the spring and bump stops go first and tighten. Leave the two top ones really loose… bolt nut faces inward. You’ll be able to slide the upper part of the safety rail through the top bracket and then the bottom end with the spring and bump stop will drop in no problem. If you don’t do this you won’t be able to put the nut end facing in on the top bracket. Also, much easier if you have two people to install the carriage and rails. A bit of a challenge by yourself. Some have complained about bottoming out too soon on both hack squat and leg press but at 5’8” I haven’t had an issue with that. Also once fully assembled, run the carriage all the way to the top and bottom to make sure there’s no binding. If there is you can adjust that with the bolts that hold the rails in place. I also put strips of 4” grip tape on both foot plates. They are a bit slippery. I really love this machine!!!

The machine is good, durable. But deep leg press does not work. I had to tinker a little to change the design so that I could press deep leg press. After I changed it for myself. Now I like it. My height is 5.5. And of course, the delivery from FedEx is just awful. Everything was scratched, the box was all torn. They threw the boxes in the entrance. Well, the seller has nothing to do with it, so I will not lower the rating.
