I sent this back because I did not read all the info correctly. It was for large weights . It was sturdy but I ended up getting a smaller one . It was easy to send back and the seller helpful.

Works good for quad and front calf area (not the official name :)). A bit awkward to get used to it but works well.

UPDATE: After writing my 3 star review I've started using my new Tib bar... do NOT buy this bar, it doesn't hit your tibs as well as other bars for the reason I've sited below; you're better off using zero equipment against a wall than this bar.Original Review: I've been using this bar since March when I purchased it. It's been solid and does do the job, however, the weights are really too close to your feet. So if you put a plate bigger than a 5LB plate on first you are forced to smash your feet by the plate itself. There just isn't enough distance between the back of the plate and your foot. This causes excess rubbing onto the padding and has caused my pads to start to tear. Also while it's not having the pads on your heels, that's completely un-necessary. You only need pads at the top for the top of your feet not for your heels to rest on.The bar did come well packaged, however, I do not recommend this product for purchase. Buy a different bar that has the proper clearance so when your Tibs get stronger and you can start to do the 25 or 45 pound weights you won't have issues. I even had an issue with 10 LB plates...

As a college student dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, I recently discovered the Tib Bar, and it has become an essential part of my fitness routine. This versatile piece of equipment is designed to strengthen the calves, shins, and ankles, providing an effective way to target and develop often-overlooked lower leg muscles. I can confidently say that the Tib Bar is a must-have tool for anyone looking to take their leg training to the next level. One of the standout features of the Tib Bar is its compatibility with both 1" and 2" weight plates. This allows for customizable resistance, catering to my fitness level and goals. The sturdy construction ensures stability and safety, even during intense workouts. With the Tib Bar, I can confidently load up the weight plates and challenge myself to progressively increase the resistance for continuous growth and strength development.Using the Tib Bar has yielded noticeable results in my lower leg strength and stability. The targeted focus on the tibialis anterior muscles, often neglected in traditional leg exercises, has significantly improved my calf strength and ankle stability. Whether I'm performing calf raises or working on my knees-over-toes technique, the Tib Bar provides the necessary support and proper alignment to enhance my overall lower leg strength. In addition to its effectiveness, the compact size of the Tib Bar is perfect for my college lifestyle. It doesn't take up much space in my dorm room or apartment, and it's easy to set up and store away when not in use. The simplicity of the design allows me to seamlessly incorporate the Tib Bar into my workouts, whether I'm following a structured program or adding it as a supplementary exercise to my existing routine. The Tib Bar is an invaluable tool for strengthening the calves, shins, and ankles. Its compatibility with Olympic weight plates, targeted focus, and compact design make it a standout piece of equipment for college students like myself. If you're looking to enhance your lower leg strength and stability, I highly recommend investing in the Tib Bar.

I recently purchased the Fitarc Tib Bar, Tibialis Trainer, with hopes of enhancing my lower body workouts. The design of the product initially seemed promising, however, I have some reservations about its actual performance. The most significant issue I've encountered is that the product arrived slightly crooked. This unevenness led to an imbalance in weight distribution during my exercises. As a result, one leg received a more rigorous workout than the other, which was quite disappointing, as this isn't the intention of a balanced fitness routine.Despite this, the product appears to be of decent quality, and when used carefully, it does engage the tibialis muscles to some extent. That being said, the defect of the product I received really takes away from its overall potential. In conclusion, while the Fitarc Tib Bar, Tibialis Trainer, has potential for effective workouts, the one I received was slightly flawed. I'd recommend the product with reservations, but make sure to check for any imperfections upon receipt.

Buena calidad y fácil de armar, un aparato sencillo para trabajar los tibiales y cumple perfectamente, muy macizo pues tampoco se trabaja con mucho peso esa zona

Compared to the prices of other places, especially a TG training, this is insanely cheap. I was a bit worried because I had to screw three different pieces in but this thing is super sturdy, the screws are not gonna go anywhere. It’s very tight. Love it so far. Helping my tibialis strengthUpdate: I purchased the Freak Athlete version because they had a Blackfriday bundle in which this was basically free, and I have to say compared to this one, the Freak Athlete one fits my feet a LOT better. I think the Fitarc (this one) is a little spread apart too far between the bars that rest on your feet. The Freak Athlete is a little closer and makes for a more controlled movement and less maneuvering around. And I wear size 11 shoes so its not like I have small feet or anything. If you have Olympic size weights (olympic sized holes), go with the Freak Athlete. If you only have the 1.25" holes (small holes usually for home gyms), go with this. You wont be disappointed either way. They both work great.
