I painted my engine block and used this to prime. It laid down very nice and dried flat and even.Also, it took little to cover, so it goes a long way. I highly recommend this quality primer for your metal projects.

What more needs to be said? This stuff is insane. The color was nice. Easy to see where you've coated. Great results as per usual with Rustoleum. It dried very quick. Honestly, almost too quick. If you wanted to go back to an area you already coated to add a little more to the first layer, it’s a lost cause. Because that is now the second layer.

I'm working on a custom motorcycle frame and wanted something to treat and protect the exposed metal parts. I did not want to spray paint to avoid getting it everywhere. I did some research and tried this. I love this stuff. Painted it on with a small brush and it dried to a very smooth and durable finish. Impressed with the product.
