This primer is really easy to use. You just roll it on and let it dry. I applied two coats and they both dried very quickly. After about 2 hours it was ready for the self leveler to be applied. This primer is very low odor as well and had basically no smell. Even when applying two coats I didn't use much product, so this jug should cover a lot of area and last a while. Overall this is a good product and I would use it again.

This product worked really great but was used to level a piece of the floor where of the refrigerator goes. A little longer than I expected to dry completely but once it did it was completely level and held up really well. Superb easy product to use and would highly recommend if somebody has a small space that needs leveling

Even though I completely soaked the floor with two coats, and let it dry properly, there was an area where the new poured leveler just flaked off!I tried a different brand and did the same thing and there was no issue.

This reminds me of PRO-999/Rx-35 I use on sheetrock repairs. All I can tell you is, it is easy to apply, soaks in well (depending on your substrate). Only time will tell as to how it hold up. I can't , unfortunately tell much once the leveler is over it. I think it is most important to use this on any substrate that is dry/porous and could such the moisture out of the floor leveler. I have had that happen on an old board floor, that had leveler poured over it. Sounds like sand under the flooring as the leveler crumbles.

We were installing some solid wood planking in our house and had a low spot in the floor near the fireplaced and didn't want that to show as it is near the focal point. We used a gallon of this and poured it around the low spot, used a trowel to spread it around a little bit. From there we let it do its thing and flow to where it needed too so we had a nice level subfloor and there was no longer a depression in it. After we allowed proper dry time, we then continued installing our wood flooring over this area and the finished results turned out excellent. We didn't have any low spot, and if you were to put a ball on it, it will not roll to one side.

This is great value if you need a lot of self leveling primer as it's similar price to the big box stores, but gets delivered directly to my door. I was very surprised when I saw this product on Amazon and coincidentally needed it for a client the following week that it arrived. If you need a large amount of primer for rooms like a laundry room than a gallon would definitely be needed as those quart size primers is too little and is half the price of this primer while containing 1/4 of it's content. I haven't noticed a different between this primer and other brands of self leveling cement, so I solely use this primer as its the best value compared to the other brands.
