I love it! I used the 3 coats and it does work. I have not tried the chalk on it yet, nor have I cleaned it yet because it has been less than 24 hours.

VERY thick solution. Goes on in thick layers and does make a surface WEAKLY attracted by magnets... Not the "wonder paint" one thinks it is. Had to sprinkle iron filings before it dried to help attraction...even shaken and stirred like crazy!

I was painting a small piece of plywood and it took 4-5 coats of paint before it worked. Disappointed.

Applied SIX COATS and zero magnetic pull. It is literally just chalkboard paint being sold in a can that says magnetic paint. Total waste 😡

I bought this for a diy chalkboard project I built over the summer. The quality is good just make sure you buy enough for whatever you do because I underestimated the size of my project. My taught though. It was super easy to use just make sure you read the directions and follow them!!!So far the magnetic paint has held up on our kids chalk board and is still going strong! The price was great especially compared to other stores. Also it was super easy to clean up just don’t wait too long.

I wanted a magnetized board for my needle minders when I came across this magnetized paint. I was skeptical and already had a plan B in mind. After the first coat, I could feel a slight pull with a normal magnet. I ended up applying 4 coats and the magnets now have a strong pull. Plan B wasn’t needed and I’m very happy with how this turned out.

The paint was discolored and clumpy even after stirring vigorously. I applied 3-4 sample coats but magnets would slide down and not stay in place. The paint went on super clumpy as well and did not have a smooth appearance on the wood.
