First, Zinsser products are always top-shelf stuff. I was skeptical of the no odor claim. I really despise the smell of aerosol products with propellent, especially solvent-based ones. That's why I go to great lengths never to use them indoors. However, I was in a pinch and needed a quick solution to freshen up air vents for selling a property. It smells mildly like spray paint when you are applying it, but the smell goes away in a couple of minutes. My wife's all-natural hair spray residual smell lasts longer. Go figure.

I used this item on an older bed frame I had and it went on pretty easy and covered a large area very well. It is a high quality primer which I only needed to spray twice on the wooden frame. It is a very good spray, but it is not odorless.

This worked good to cover a water stain on my ceiling to prep for repainting. I am very sensitive to chemical smells however (which is why I ordered this) and it definitely was not odor free. My second floor smelled like spray paint for 3 hours and I had to open all of the windows and put fans on in all of the rooms for the rest of the day.

I recently renovated a room in my house that hasn’t been touched in 30 years. I pulled out a drop ceiling and found the there were old water stains on the ceiling. I tried covering it with traditional primers to no avail. After purchasing this product, I covered those spots in no time. I’d highly recommend this to cover water stains.

Work like wonders. A bit expensive but it can be in anywhere. This little can it can help you a lot. The best part the odor doesn't linger for long. Open the windows in 30 minutes the odor is gone.
