This should be a product coated with tin or aluminum, but the craftsmanship is very poor. The excess metal at the joints falls off at the slightest touch. It’s a kitchen tool meant for food, but I wouldn’t dare to use it. The coating will definitely peel off into the food.”

These are OK but definitely very light aluminum or aluminum alloy. The description says they were STAINLESS-STEEL and that is why I purchased them. Will see how the put up to actual use and may Improve or Lower my Rating.

Makes perfect bite size Russian style pelmeni. Just be sure not to use too much filling or the dumplings won't come out easily.
