I love this doorbell cam especially for the price! Super easy to set up. I also got a bracket to secure on my door without using any screws or the sticky back side, that way nobody can steal it. Definitely recommend. Charges by regular android charger! No batteries!! Which is a huge plus. Also looks very close to neighbors door because it’s only a tiny hallway to divide us, like my arms reach both sides😂.

Let's be honest, a video doorbell is a fantastic investment, but it's also a tempting target for thieves. I was constantly worried about someone snatching mine, so I decided to invest in this anti-theft mount for my Blink Doorbell, and I'm so glad I did! As a renter, I was also concerned about damaging the property or having issues with my landlord, but this mount addressed all those concerns. This box is incredibly sturdy and well-made. It's clearly designed to withstand tampering and provides a much more secure housing for my Blink Doorbell. Installation was surprisingly easy – it came with all the necessary hardware and clear instructions. I had it up and running in no time, and importantly, it didn't require any major modifications to my rental property. Here's what I love about it:Serious Security: This mount gives me real peace of mind. It's not just a deterrent; it's a serious obstacle for anyone trying to steal my doorbell. The design makes it virtually impossible to remove without specialized tools (which most opportunistic thieves won't have). It fits my Blink Doorbell perfectly and snugly.Renter-Friendly: This was a huge selling point for me. The mount installs easily without requiring any permanent changes to the property. It's a great way to add security without risking damage or violating my lease agreement. I can even take it with me when I move!Durable Construction: The box is made of heavy-duty materials that can withstand the elements. It feels incredibly solid and well-built, so I know it will last.Weatherproof: My doorbell is exposed to rain, sun, and everything in between. This mount provides excellent protection, keeping my Blink safe and functioning perfectly.Clean Look: Despite its robust design, the mount looks sleek and professional. It doesn't detract from the appearance of my doorbell or my home.Easy Installation: The installation process was straightforward and hassle-free. Everything lined up perfectly, and the instructions were easy to follow.Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this product. It does exactly what it's supposed to do – it protects my Blink Doorbell and gives me peace of mind. If you're a renter looking for a reliable and effective way to secure your Blink Doorbell (or other compatible doorbell systems) without jeopardizing your lease, I highly recommend this mount. It's worth every penny!

Very nice quality, durable, good size, nice strength, I haven’t had any problems as I’m in a rental and don’t want to drill holes, very great value for money!
Really!

Another one without the angled hole slits is much more functional immediately, less fuss!

The mount doesn't have any plastic edges to close it with a screw, which could break if dropped. Hence, making this mount more reliable. For the price, I'm surprised it's very well made and has a large amount of compatibility of door bells (good value). I love the fact you have to put 4 screws behind, thus making it even harder to steal without breaking to pieces with something blunt and heavy.

This functions just as described. However, the circular piece of plastic that secures it from inside is hard, hard plastic, and so to leverage it firmly enough you will likely scrape off a small circle of paint from the interior of your door.I wish that it came with angled bit of foam or something, or otherwise had a way to angle itself, as straight-on isn’t a very good view from my doorway.Fitting the foam and the Blink in there was a pain in the neck, and it did seem like it was a choice between being too loose (not enough foam panels against the Blink) or being too tight and warping the cover. However, once it was in place it was just fine and no warping is noticeable or compromising the integrity. Not looking forward to having to pull it all apart again to change the battery, however. As an aside, not to do with this product but related, for anyone who’s in the market and doing research to purchase, I can NOT recommend the Blink system.Just about useless, to be honest. It will only record thirty seconds at a time, and it doesn’t stack recordings like it ought to, so basically by the time it senses motion, starts recording, and the figure approaches your doorway, the recording just stops. Every single “incident” I would like to have recorded, it has failed me.Shows me just enough to be frustrated that I don’t have the full recording. I bought the full little mini-server with cloud storage, and it doesn’t matter.Sometimes it will reactive after ten seconds and begin recording again for another thirty seconds; other times, it won’t. I have it set to maximum recording, disregarding battery life suggestions… this is still the best it can do.The live view is also totally useless… despite being right next to (I mean within five feet!) its little designated cloud server AND my lightning-fact WiFi router, by the time live view boots up, there’s no longer anything to see. And that’s when it loads at all.The doorbell feature is also totally useless, and in fact is a PROBLEM because people ring it rather than knock—but the doorbell is, at its loudest setting, very faint, and if you look online, you’ll see others have the same problem I have: since about October 2023, there hasn’t been an update to give it a designated iPhone alert. So if you use iPhone, you just won’t hear the doorbell. Incredibly frustrating. I tend to do exhaustive research on things before I purchase, but these facts slipped past me.Overalll THIS PRODUCT is just fine. A little bit of a pain with the foam support not being quite the right thickness and thus requiring some manhandling. Doesn’t get tight enough to the door without taking off some paint. But a good option if you can’t drill into exterior walls.

It's very easy to set up. But I did get a new internet provider s switching the internet was a little difficult. But still a good camera! If you live in an apartment like me the battery will die quickly. charges quickly though. :) definitely want a second camera for inside

Review Update: After posting my original review about incorrect dimensions, the seller responded immediately, with a sincere apology, and offered me a full refund. They did not try to solicit anything in return. Per the excellent customer service, I have increased my rating as an honest company usually reflects a reliable product. As mentioned below, the materials are not cheap or flimsy, so I think it would have been a solid option if my doorbell camera had fit.---------------------------------------The product itself looks decent quality-wise (thick plastic cover and metal bracket), but I can't try it out because the seller accidentally listed the wrong dimensions and my doorbell doesn't fit. Please see the photos I've uploaded with the actual "maximum" doorbell size.Max dimensions for a doorbell greater than 5" in length: Up to 5 1/2" (5.5") L x 1 3/4" (1.75") W x 1 5/8" (1.625") DMax dimensions for a doorbell shorter than 5" in length: Up to 5" L x 2 5/8" (2.625") W x 1 5/8" (1.625") DNote: The max dimensions vary due to the screw holes.

When I got my expensive Ring Pro doorbell/camera I was worried about someone tampering with it to take it. This metal case makes anyone stealing it impossible. It is very easy to mount to a door with no need for screws or adhesives. Built solidly, putting your Ring device in this and mounting it to a door from the inside is simple and it is a very smart idea! Well worth the money. Just do NOT lose the tools that come with this. I keep them in the box that my Ring device came in and that protects them. GREAT product!
