didn’t want to show the mailman’s face too much but it’s pretty clear. You are able to zoom in, notifies and picks up movement easily and can hear the noise clearly. Clear at night as well, sometimes I don’t even have my porch light on and you can still see. Doesn’t come with a microSD card, which you will need if you want to be able to save recordings. Only issue I have is the lag - I open up to see and it takes, I’d say about 20-30 seconds before I can view it live which is annoying. Sometimes it is a bit faster but usually not. When someone presses the button, it calls your phone and you can speak to them if you pick up. You’re also able to send quick responses through the app and are able to speak through the app even if someone doesn’t press it. Overall, I’d recommend it

The set up and installation was simple and that is the only part that was easy. I was able to connect the doorbell one time where it worked properly and any time following it had error messages about not being able to connect. We tried all the trouble shooting the website said to do. Reset the Wi-Fi, deleted the app/restarted it and reset the door bell several times. It became more of a headache than what it was worth.I only tried this one to save some money. Returned it and went ahead and got Ring.

This video doorbell works great. The battery charge lasts a long time as well. My only complaint is that I can’t see packages on my porch beneath the doorbell, but that’s not a deal breaker. The app is free and there are no monthly fees to use it or to see your videos.

I love Eufy products, already own other camera for my backyard, this doorbell connects to my home-based and has been working just fine, battery last a month.Highly recommend

So easy to install, setup and use. Seamless connection to the Homebase 3. Great app, flexibility, snooze feature, great clip recall, great resolution, etc etc. Love their products, and best of all NO SUBSCRIPTION like those other brands, one and done, like it should be.

The AI takes a little while to learn to distinguish between people and objects and needs a little help to learn. But otherwise good product. Note - battery won't last as long in cold climates. In regular -20 c it lasts about 2 weeks. But this should be expected.

I installed an SD card thinking it would be an easy review on any events. But it only grabs a few second clip with "AI" and you do not get a time line review like other cameras. It's a pretty slow connect to live feed and I usually miss the events.

I would recommend this product. The absence of a monthly fee is a significant plus. The real-time chat and easy installation made my experience hassle-free. With a 16:9 expanded view, I can see more, and the compatibility with Google Assistant is a convenient feature. The built-in 5,000 mAh battery is a definite advantage. In conclusion, it's an overall impressive product!

I originally bought a wired eufy doorbell for our new home. Unfortunately, I wired it up incorrectly and completely fried the house doorbell system that the wired video doorbell connects to.I was going to replace the house doorbell system and then had the thought... why not just get a wireless doorbell instead. Especially since I have no clue about household electricity and replacing those things. So I returned the wired doorbell I first purchased and ordered this one.It was easy to install and easy to get on our wireless network. The only downside to the wireless doorbell I bought was that it is not compatible with door chimes that I already had. I decided that I don't really need the chimes since I get a notification on my phone and watch whenever someone rings us.I think I may add some additional eufy cameras around the house soon too.This was a great buy and I highly recommend it.
