I used this yoga ball near the end of my pregnancy, and it was a wonderful addition to my routine. The Exercise Ball w/Base are great quality and work well. It was easy to inflate using my motorized compressor along with the included Ball Pump. To assure that I didn't stress the seams I inflated the ball to 80% with the compressor, let it sit for 48 hours, then used the hand pump to fully inflate it. The only complaint is I ordered the matte black as pictured in the listing, but received a shiny, glossy one instead.

I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and I got this ball to help relieve some aches and pains. I’m 5ft 7in and I got the largest ball. It was pretty easy to pump up. The material seems very thick and sturdy. It’s really comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time, I was very shocked at that because you don’t have any back support but it’s great! Overall I think the ball is worth it 100%

The ball is of good quality. It requires a little more maintenance than I expected. In the past I didn’t have to pump air as often. But it does the job. The size is great to use for a normal home office desk. The stand is not worth much. It comes apart all the time.

This product has helped me so much since I have got it. I use it as my computer chair, and I find that it has been helping to undo tension that has built up over years in my back and shoulders. Prior to getting it I was slightly worried that not having a back to rest on would make it less comfortable, but it really doesn't. It puts your body in a position where you must find a balance point, and when you do, it is more comfortable than having a backing. Your spine is not forced against a flattened surface and must balance using gravity, which is more comfortable and healthier. The context in which I use this product is for hours at a time, and I have only had to re-inflate it once. On that grounds I can speak for its durability. My partner and friends have also gotten one, and they enjoy it for the same reasons. Check this product out!
