How to inflate the training ball?
1.Insert one end of the tube into the blue connector of the air pump.
2. Insert the other end of the tube into the air hole on the opposite side of the half-round ball.
3. Press the air pump to inflate, please note that the normal inflatable height reaches 8 inches.
4. Insert the air plug.

I like that they give you a pump so that you can make the surface either firmer thus more challenging or softer and thereby less challenging but good for beginners.
