Good exercise ball, the material feels strong and tough and , if the weight rating is true, should be burst-proof for all body weight exercises and most hand weights.The supplied pump is only OK as the base is a bit too small to grip comfortably .No sizing tape or band is included to help inflate to the correct diameter.A free workout app and videos are advertised , but the links on the website don't work and the app is not on the apple app store.I've reached out to DynaPro for clarification but if the advertising turns out to be misleading I'll have to reduce the rating.

Its nice works well holds the air, has slight air leak when used very regularly which is expected. Its nice that they give a hand pump but I strongly suggest using a tire inflator or electric one for inflating it. Unless you wanna workout your arms.

First to note, the initial shipment to me was missing the hand pump. I reached out to the company to ask if they would send me a replacement, as I'd like to be able to take it on vacation with me. They sent me out an entire second kit, so now I have one to leave at home and one to bring with. On to the performance itself. I've been using mine for several months to help with stretching to treat back issues. I've had zero leaks, and the ball is durable enough to stand up to occasional pokes and prods from a golden retriever who thinks it's a toy for him. I'm a big, heavy guy, and it takes my full weight without issues. The surface is textured nicely to give enough grip to hold it easily, but not have any unpleasantness to the feel. Given how it's holding up, I probably won't need to buy another one for myself, but if anyone in my family needs one, I'd definitely get another for them.

I got this ball because I wanted to start exercising low impact and it worked not a problem. The pump cut that comes with it works. The port removal tool works very, very well. The most important thing that you need to take away from this review is that the ball is in penetrable my friend weighs over 350 pounds and he sat down on this ball, nothing happened it supported his weight. He was even bounced on it and it held his weight. The reason this ball is a lifesaver is I have really bad arthritis in both knees and so I use this ball to help me with my physical therapy at home and it really has become a lifesaver for me. It doesn’t take a whole lot of room. It holds the air for a long time so you don’t need to constantly refill it.For the money, this ball has turned out to be an incredible value so if you are doing shredding exercises, and you need to have full contact and full weiht on this ball, I highly suggest it

I ordered the DynaPro silver exercise ball not to use for fitness training at home, but to use at my desk in lieu of a desk chair. Doing so was recommended to me by an orthopedist, as a means to encourage good posture, engage the core, and maintain balance while working at my computer. At 5'4", and with short legs, I thought the 55cm ball would be the proper size for that purpose, but after trying it, I elected to exchange it for the 65cm ball and found that size a perfect fit for me. Customer service on the exchange was truly five star!! This company wants satisfied customers, and they have earned one in me. I have already recommended the DynaPro ball to several friends.Additional information: The quality of the material in the product is excellent, and the ball is easily inflated with the included pump and set up for use in a matter of minutes. Not only does the Dyna Pro ball provide a comfortable "chair", but it stores easily under my desk when not in use. I have worked out with exercise balls at my fitness center, and the DynaPro is equal to or better than the quality of the ones available at the gym. Whether you are looking for a stability ball to use for a personal workout or one to use as a desk chair, the DynaPro Exercise Ball is a great all-around product.

Excellent ball I highly recommend!! I brought this as a replacement for my chair in my office job and it's been brilliant!Very easy and fast to inflate, comes well packaged and with a good pump. It also has a spare plug for after you inflate it which is greatYou can tell the quality of this is good and I highly recommend this!

My husband says this is excellent. As it's a bit big for me (but bought for him) to exercise with, I find it excellent to sit on.
