I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I ordered this. To my surprise it exceeded my expectations! It has been very supportive during my workouts. And bonus it’s a really pretty color. I would buy again and definitely recommend!

To sit ergonomically in a modern recliner or couch, this ball will put you in the right position. Just inflate 2/3 full and place on your lumbar region. Perfect size is 10" ball. As a bonus, this did not have any odor. You can also you these for abducting thigh muscles by squeezing it.
