I ordered the 75 cm/29.5inch ball but the maximum that I can inflate the ball I received is 24.5 inches. I contacted the seller to ask if these balls typically run that much smaller, in my case 5 inches smaller, and should I order a larger size in the future to get the size that I need. I am tall and need the 29.5 inch ball that I had ordered. I am pleased with the quality of the ball, I just need the size that I ordered. This was their response: “the size of the product is measured under the factory standard inflation pressure, the air pressure for normal use inflation is not up to standard, at the same time, due to the material properties of the yoga ball, there will be shrinkage, which is normal, I suggest you to buy 85cm or 95cm yoga ball.” So, I need to order 2 more balls to hopefully get the size I need??

es de muy mala calidad, la membrana es delgada y no tiene textura. Ensucia muy rapido. El toque a la piel es horrible. Compren las que estan anunciadas por la mitad de su precio si quieren algo de tan mala calidad para su uso.
