When I got the package, it was so light that I thought the quality was going to be poor - ya get what you paid for, right? Wrong! The hook IS very light, but damned sturdy! Very nice. I am quite impressed with this hook. I would definitely recommend.

As another buyer stated the green was the selling point for me. Even though it said green on outside of package a black one was sent. Fine for smaller snakes nothing heavy bodied should be used.

We ordered the green hook to more easily locate the hook in our snake room. The hook seems as described and should work well with smaller, light bodied snakes, however we have multiple black hooks already and the bright green was the selling point for us.
