Great lightweight spike. Pricey, so my son only used them for meets. He liked them.

The only issue with this lovely products is the pyramid spikes. They are not as sharp as some other pyramid spikes that I have used in the past. They do an OK job, but could be a tid sharper.

These are hands down the lightest spikes I've ever held. You would be amazed at how much lighter the shoes feel with them in. They are probably best for track or XC on grass only courses as they tend to wear faster than steel spikes otherwise the performance is fantastic. This is our second full year of using them and we'll continue to do so.

Exactly what I was looking for! Lasts for several meets (3 events per meet). Wish they came in a resealable bag, though.

The track spikes arrived quickly. The quality is better than the original spikes on my NB. Less than 1/2 the price I would have paid at my local running store.

Excellent product.Fit the bottom of the spikes perfectly as well as the key that came with the spikes. My daughter's spikes use 7 pins and the weight difference is very noticeable...well worth the extra cost over stainless pins. The only reason I'm not giving this product 5 stars is because the "gold" is really more of a "mustard"

Based on appearance right now these spikes are great! They look fantastic on the shoes, and feel lighter. We'll have to wait for track season to see how they work.

My son used these (3/8" pyramid ceramic spikes) when he competed at his recent State cross country meet on a 5000m course. He loved them and got a personal record by 12 seconds! The weight (or should I say lack of weight) was very noticeable! We have a postage scale and 40 of these spikes weighed less than 14 of the solid steel spikes of the same length! You can feel the difference when holding them in your hand and also on your feet. He says they gave him great grip on a rainy wet course with bark dust, mud and grass. A couple of the spikes had visible wear on them (tips were worn down and lost about a mm in length) after the meet and there was no pavement involved so these may wear faster than solid steel spikes. He will definitely be using the ceramic spikes for track season next spring! I would not use these to practice in as they are more expensive but well worth it for important races when you are shooting for a personal best time!! These fit into standard spike openings/holes - we had no problem inserting or removing them with a standard spike wrench.
