The cameras are showing foggy like the lense is showing age after only 6 monthsJunk product unless they will send replacements like 5 star buisness would do.

I am still learning how to use this. It is definitely professional grade! Before I had a ring doorbell and ring flood lamp. I am still in the process of installation. But I am quite impressed. I did have some issues getting the app to synch up. I thought I was doing everything correctly. But I was not. The username needs to be EXACTLY as you put it into the NVR.

This camera system has exceeded my expectations in every way. The image quality is outstanding, capturing crystal-clear footage. Viewing the cameras from my phone is seamless, with all four feeds loading simultaneously and quickly. The responsiveness is impressive, and it never lags when pulling up live views. I love that it records all movements and allows me to easily review past footage whenever needed. Installation was straightforward, and the app is user-friendly. Overall, this is a top-notch security solution that gives me peace of mind. Highly recommended!

This camera system is great and is a MASSIVE improvement on what I had before. However, while the system has a lot going for it, there’s a major issue that’s been hard to ignore. What I like:1. Easy Setup: Setting up the cameras was a breeze. They connected to NVR quickly and everything was up and running in no time.2. Great Image Quality: When everything's working right, the picture quality is fantastic. The footage is clear and detailed, just don't zoom in too much.3. User-Friendly App: The Reolink app and software are really intuitive. Personalizing the app, navigating through live feeds and recorded footage is straightforward and hassle-free.Where I have a problem:1. Pixelation Problems: My main gripe is with intermittent pixelation on all the cameras. It’s really frustrating because the problem doesn’t follow any specific pattern, making it tough to figure out. That's why I waited to reach out or write a review-just to ensure it wasn't an issue on my side or if it would resolve itself. Sometimes the pixelation is so bad that the footage is unusable (see image provided), which is a big letdown.2. High Display: The feed often freezes when I select the high option, so I usually keep it on low. However, this setting doesn't give the best quality. It also causes issues when replaying videos, with random skips in the playback. On the plus side, playback is smooth when I use the low setting.3. Support Issues: I tried to get help through Amazon’s automated service, but didn’t get beyond repetitive automated responses. It’s really annoying not being able to talk to a human about this issue. This product could easily earn a five-star rating if it weren't for these two issues. For now, I'm giving it three stars.**UPDATE**Lowering the Max Bitrate (Kbps) and changing the Frame Rate Mode to Constant seem to have resolve the freeing feed in high display mode. However, the pixelation issue still persist.**UPDATE**All issues now resolved after recent upgrade to the software. Thanks REOLINK for a great product!

I used this product for my home. I had exciting cables from a previous security system that I inherited from the previous owner. I wanted to upgrade but I was able to use the old cable for hookup. We had a TV that we were not using so we used it and it worked fine. We had to purchase a router and we were lucky enough to get one on sale. $129.The only thing we have had problems with is the hookup to our iPhones. Other than that it is a great system.

The cameras magically appeared on my phone app, so install seemed easy at first. But as soon as I left my home WiFi I don’t get the video anymore. The Reolink help page was difficult to follow so we tried the “swift and efficient” helpline (false advertising), after being on hold an hour we got a recording to go online and then hung up. Although from reading other reviews customer support seems completely useless anyway.Update: I was offered a full refund by Reolink but already paid for installation. In any case we found a setting, “Allow Reolink App/Client to access the device via WAN using UID”, toggled that and then can access the cameras outside of home WiFi. The default on our system was off.

I love this camera system. Works great! I plan on buying more cameras for it. My son has a system he bought thru ADT which was more expensive than this one, and it works just as well if not better.

This unit is very user friendly. Install is a piece of cake and comes with everything necessary to immediately put in action.I installed this at a commercial property to add a level of security. They work great with the phone app and I can get notices anytime something is picked up by the cameras. I can review video footage on my phone perfectly.I really like the lighted camera for nighttime. Anyone getting near them in a dark building would immediately know they are being recorded by the motion activated light that comes on.Buy them. Best deal for the money. High quality.

I purchased this set a couple months ago and waited to post this review. Installation was not difficult for my husband, picture/video is clear both day and night. Naming the cameras is easy so you know exactly where you'r looking. My biggest complaint is at night the push notifications at night can be bothersome as the bugs are attracted to the infrared light and constantly alert the camera, not enough for the bright light to come on but enough for push notifications. I end up turning off the notifications at night because it drives me nuts which kind of defeats the purpose...

So far system is great. Connects easy. Takes a little time to learn these. First off depending what you want to do with system. I got a poe switch and plugged cameras into it. Then I only need to plug NVR to modem. I think it would have been better to buy pieces separately. Cameras are d1200 you could buy the 1224a and use more automation like Alexa to see cameras Or Roku tv to display cams in all rooms v.s 1 room. You tube has some great videos on how to set these up nice. Cameras are great otherwise and send push notifications if it alarms. Night vision is very good too. Do a little research first but I highly recommend the brand. App is free and nice.

Pros: The system overall is very good. The quality and functionality for the price you pay. Desktop and mobile applications available. Can access the NVR over the network. Different types of alerting settings for pets, people and vehicles. You can adjust and customize what kind of events you want to get push notifications on your app. LED light on camera switches on and night when detection is identified which is also good. It's a kind of a soft reminder to a strangers that they are recorded. The most diffcult part in the setup is running the LAN cables. I ran mine thgouth the atic, so it's solid setup. Plug in and forgot about it.Cons: One of my cameras had a black dot on the sensor which obscuring part of viewport. My first guess that it's some dirt on the lense, but upon checking it, it was not. It was something inside of the camera. I have found warranty support request form on Reolink website. Completed everything, attached the screnshots with confirmation on the issue. One week after - no reply. Then I have contected them over live chat assistant. I had to wait 40 minutes while life agent joined the chat. When agent joined, she started to ask bunch of questions about my system, like what is my system, model, type and so on. Then asked the firmware version of device, I shared and told that it's up to date. Then asked me to go and connect the physical monitor to NVR to tell the firmware version for the problematic camera. I did. She asked to update the firmware. I knew it will not help, but anyway, I did this. Then she asked to reload and reset cameras. I did. The she told me to install the camera to a different location. WTF????? How does that suppose to help??? It took more than an hour for all those not needed movements, because it was clearly a faulty camera! Then I told that it does not make sense, and she asked to send the Amazon Invoice. After another 10 minutes of so she told me that my request was forwarded to the Senior Technician for further resolution. That is insance... how the technicial can fix the faulty hardware I don't know but it is what it is.. still not over. I expected this to be a simple one camera return and replacement. But it's not... Will post the updates.UPDATE: The technician offered the replacement. They have sent a little bit newer camera, because 1200 model was not on stock. From the shipment of broken camera back to replacement received took almost a week. New camera works good and finally the system is all set and working great.
