I regret so much buying these cameras. Very time consuming very hard to install. No instructions whatsoever about accessing them remotely. I am going to return them and report the seller. Also their customer support is terrible

If you want the best of the best quality for the price these are it! Wired is always better, IMHO. The wi-fi models offer lots of frills and monitoring options. I just wanted something that records and I can check if an issue arises. Hooked it up, plugged it into HDMI-2 input on monitor and have added 2 cameras so far, no issues.Upgraded the firmware to latest, file needs to be written on a flash drive formatted FAT-32 on a Windows computer. I couldn't get it to work by writing it with my Mac, maybe you can. Drive is a little noisy, shouldn't be an issue to replace when it dies as it looks like it's just treated as storage and the OS is just firmware on the controller board.I'm going to order the Amazon Basics Wireless Mouse as suggested in the "Ask A Question" section, will update if it works or not. No interest in checking on the web or using a phone app to access it. This thing just uses a HDD with spinning discs and basic processor, probably not going to be a great experience. I appreciate that we don't HAVE to hook this up to our home network and let it on the internet. I'm giving 5 stars because it was exactly what I was looking for. If you need it for on-the-go access and serious security threats it may not be a 5-star experience

Pricey for what they are, but decent cameras.

The cameras are solid and work well, but to install these, you have to remove 3 hex screws that will remove the dome (exposing the guts of the camera) so the camera can be mounted - this is a very difficult task to do when on a ladder. Install/mounting of the cameras needs to be simplified and why I returned it!

I have been using Reolink systems for years. Every once in a while, I swap out older cameras for newer ones. So far, these are probably the best cameras I have used. I might have two or three other cameras that are as nice. These have really good image quality and pretty good low light ability. The NVR works with the older cameras no problem. The NVR comes with a 2T disk drive... which lasts about 2 weeks before it starts to overwrite. I will probably upgrade this to 8 to 10T. When I do that, I will record 12 cameras on this nvr.I am also moving the cameras to their own network to reduce the load on my LAN for regular traffic. One thing I have not thought about much but is clearly an advantage with the domes... way less spider webs in the night video... which equates to much less motion sensor alerts. My other cameras seem to attract spiders and i have to clean them off about every two weeks.Super happy how the system works with my older cameras. I wish there was a way to install a second drive in the NVR but I suspect most people just use them as they come.

I have had many different cameras over the years and have ended up with 4 different brands using 3 different apps. They do the job but I was very happy to swap these out with a single system, single app with real storage.Excellent image quality and I cannot recommend this style of dome camera enough. Picture quality and night vision is greatly improved with these.App is easy to use and secure, storage is fast as well as the wifi itself on Wifi 6.Recommended!

I really love the Reolink camera systems and this was my second one. I have found them so good that I order two more systems for use at other locations.Installation was simple once I had power run for the cameras. Setup of the dvr only took a few minutes and the 2Tb hard drive is a nice add-on. I have upgraded mine to a 16Tb drive so that I can store more footage over longer periods because the location it is being used in can go long periods of time before they realize something needs to be reviewed on video. The video quality is very good and easy to make out faces and vehicle makes and models.Overall, this is in my opinion the best system you can buy for the money.
