We purchased the item about 4 months ago. It originally had one camera mount missing but we set up the others. They have been working great and the company was responsive in promptly getting the missing part to us.

This was a very easy set up and does have a great image quality. I really like the solar power since I am rural, and can place at different areas of my property that does not have power. Great Customer Services.

Product was delivered missing parts. Cameras do not record or stay on all the time. When camera detects motion, whatever set the camera off has left the area. SERIOUS lagging when recording motion. Camera goes to sleep ALOT and you cannot watch live for more than 3-5 minutes before camera goes to sleep. Customer service is horrible, will not return phone calls, will only communicate by email on the week days: Monday through Thursday. Only good thing is they are easy to set up and others will think you have functional cameras.

I have 1 camera that no longer works. Could you please replace it with a new one since there is a 1 year warranty and I would like to order 2 more cameras which are compatible for this system

I bought this product with the intention of monitoring an area for my tenants. Its hard to get internet connectivity where I am, so I was attracted to the fact that the unit came with a 500G HDD. WELL WASN'T I DISAPPOINTED!! While the unit comes with a hard disk, it doesn't actually record anything. There's also no way to direct it to record anything on the menu screen. Every time you go to the playback section it just says no playback is available. The cameras and signals work fine, we can see everything; it just doesn't store anything on the supposed 500G HDD.After several hours of frustration we finally decided to purchase an SD card to - meaning I just wasted money on false advertising. Also, their support page is in Chinese - even after going through Google translate there still was not explanation. Also, their automated help desk...so no real help there.Bottom line - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, buy from another supplier unless you love headaches and time wasting.***UPDATE***: So i thought I would give an update to the events that happened. Since the events above the teams customer service department contacted me regarding how to resolve the hard disk issue. The issue was resolved and is now working fully. I've given it 4 stars because the technology is great and the fact that the support staff bothered to reach out to me when I had an issues is good too. However, I couldn't give them 5 stars because of the huge amount of time spent trying to find a clear explanation to the problem. The written material should have the HDD fix in it and the support website shouldn't be in Chinese (requiring google translate to make heads or tails of it). Also, I shouldn't have to give a bad review on Amazon just to get enough attention to fix what was admittedly a simple fix in the end. Guys improve customer service for the product and I'm happy to change to a 5 star rating.

Of the 6 cameras my order came with, one was not operational. Customer service was timely with their responses and initiating the exchange process. Overall, the product has been decent quality and extremely easy to use. However, the customer service is what really has me sold on purchasing this brand in the future.

I am not tech savvy, and I got through the set up easily. The instructions are like pictographs, but that is all you need.All of the parts, from the base to the camera seem to be high quality. The camera appears to be very durable and water tight. I was impressed since it is not a costly camera.The location of the camera seems to be able to go anywhere without affecting its transmission to the base. We have it set up to watch the main entrance from our driveway for visitors or deliveries.This camera is motion activated. It has two way voice/audio. It has night vision.The clarity of the video is really nice. During night vision, the color drops out, but the quality of the video is still great. You will need to set up the CloudEye 365 app on your phone. It is easy to watch live and get alerts when there is motion activated video. Photos and video can be stored and there is a port for a memory card in the base.Overall it is a nice set up to add some security to your home.
