HOW TO USE?
Cordierite is a natural mineral, non-toxic and harmless, please according to the following three steps when you use it for the first time.
- Wash it clean
- Dry it again before use.
- Preheat in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
CLEANING:
Never use soap or detergent on stone.
- First : Remove excess food with a scraper before cleaning.
- Second: After the hearthstone has cooled, rinse with warm water while scrubbing with a brush.
- These stains are caused by grease, cheese, bread crusts and baked goods. These marks will not affect the performance or function of the stone.
- If you use our complimentary parchment paper pad on the pizza stone, you will not need to clean these.
MULTIPURPOSE
In addition to baking fresh or frozen pizza, this pizza stone set can be used for other culinary explorations. Great for making flatbreads, sourdough, scones, reheating leftover pizza with family and friends without making the dough soggy or coming into focus, cookies and more.
The surface of the pizza stone will develop some stains during use, caused by grease, cheese, crusts and baked goods. This is all good. These marks will not affect the performance or function of the stone. If you don't like the marks, please use our complimentary sheepskin.
12 inch pizza peel : The pizza peel is made of natural bamboo,with a tapered blade of more than half an inch that slides easily underneath, perfect for removing pizza from the surface of the pizza stone. Extended handles with rounded corners are perfect for removing food from the oven, keeping hands and arms out of the heat.
The pizza peel is very easy to clean after use, hang it up after cleaning and keep it ventilated. Please take care not to place it in a dark place.
14 inch pizza cutter:The pizza cutter is made of food grade 420 stainless steel blade and PP cover, the pizza rocker knife is incredibly sharp, the whole steel plate is integrated to make no welding, no falling off, not easy to deform and rust.

The accessories are nice. But the stone is super cheap. Get a weird smell when it heats up. And discolored ( turned black) within a week. Also paper that comes with should mitigate that but it is cheap and doesn’t work.
