Whatever you do, do not buy this product! I was using it to make ravioli. When I ate a piece of ravioli, a metal shard from the mold broke off into the roof of my mouth. It hurt very badly and was hard to remove. I inspected the metal mold more closely and rubbed my hand across it and another piece of metal broke off into my hand. I had to throw away all the ravioli I made.This product is very dangerous and I highly recommend you remove it from Amazon so nobody else gets hurt.

Product is good but made smaller ravioli than I thought. 21/2" size is more like a good size.

It's the perfect size and seals the edges very well, (don't forget to use egg wash around the borders before putting the cover sheet and use a rolling pin to seal and cut)

I like this product. It perfect to make gluten free ravioli. Using the food I am allowed to eat. It will come in handy.This product I like . On a special diet. Now I can make ravioli that I can eat.
